Everything is perfect here,good location,people is very nice,the room is very clean and the quilt is new and very dry,sleep very comfortable.I will live here again in the furture.

Its a convenient place, very quite, Mussa is a nice person very helpful and multitask...at least i had extend my stay.. i recommend this place. not far for metro station, JBR or bluewaters by walk.

Great place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.

Since they didn’t answer and I didn’t know which house to go into, which floor to go up to, etc. I had to waste time and effort asking the guards at the house how to find them. Check-in is fast but lazy Entrance to the gym costs 20 dirhams, and the pool is free. That's funny. Firstly, because when booking it was written that this was included in the payment. And secondly, the card they give for the pool naturally opens all the doors. And the entrance and all the pools and the gym. Breakfast is, of course, a different story. It turns out I need to warn you that I need breakfast. Apparently the fact that I paid for them when booking was not mentioned. If you asked for breakfast at 9 am, then they will only wake up at 9:05, lazily prepare breakfast, and at approximately 9:30 you will receive it. Maybe later. The women's room was inhabited mainly by girls who lead a nocturnal lifestyle. This means they come in the morning, loudly try to lie down and sleep until lunch or evening. The women's restroom has a very strong smell. There are cockroaches running around in the kitchen. There are many disadvantages, but if you spend the night near the beach, embankment, or artificial island, then it’s a super location for little money. Excellent new hostel, clean, well maintained, pleasant staff, comfortable beds, bathrooms separated for men's and women's, light breakfast. Of the minuses, the beds are wobbly, towels are 20 AED. Otherwise a very good hostel. Since it is new, it is difficult to find, it is located on the 9th floor of an apartment building, the reception did not know about this hostel, I had to call and check the apartment number.
