Perfect location. The room is not soundproof, which is a bit disappointing.

Not good place

Good location & people, tight partitioned bedroom. But they do warn you prior. Affordable with good surroundings & near metro a big big plus.

The room is small, no windows and sheets were quite dirty. You can hear sounds from other rooms. I didn't expect much for the price at least the bathrooms were cleaned regularly. I was put in a room right next to the aircon and since it is not central A/C, it was like being inside a meat freezer because there are no windows. I was not allowed to change the temperature as there is a 50AED fine pasted on the controller outside the room. They did give me extra blanket but the blankets were too thin and light to make much difference . The A/C temp was set at 21 but the room was probably 8-10 degrees celsius because my room is right next to the A/C. When you touch the walls of the room and your clothes, you feel its like ice nearly. One other thing that irritated me was the guy forgot to give my ID so he message me . I didn't mind that he forgot it but I had to go back to the hostel which was 30 minutes away, because he was out of the hostel and he did not leave my ID at the counter with the other staff so I had to wait for him for another 30 minutes . On top of that, the thing that annoyed me most was he messaged me to say "YOU left your ID" ...then "YOU should be thankful.." and finally when I got the ID back from him after waiting for him, "DON'T LEAVE IT NEXT TIME" and did not ONCE apologise. This is not a joking matter as I am a guest and I don't know YOU. At first when I met him, he was friendly but after all that experience and wasting my time and money , I think it is very rude . Learn from your experience how to treat your guests and learn to apologise! I would not have complained if he just jokingly said it once but 3 times and then no apology ? You think your guest not going to be angry?! I booked for 3 days but I left on the 2nd day . In my 25+ years of travel I've never left an accommodation early.

The office staff is terrible. I tried to take a shower in one of the bathrooms and the worn faucet from many years of wear and tear fell off after I turned it on. The office said since I was the unlucky final person to use it I must pay for a new faucet. I told them it's old from many people using it and they said "I was the unlucky person" I must pay. VERY UNFAIR. If you use something there and it breaks from normal wear and tear and old they will make you pay for it. I DON'T RECOMMEND PHARAOH INN DEIRA DUBAI.
