Lovely quick and not so far getaway from Dubai. Glamping experience that’s comfortable and convenient. Food was surprisingly good. Friendly staff

The resort only has one restaurant that has a super limited menu with mostly meat, and my wife does not eat meat, and I do not eat beef and mutton. We stayed for the first night, and the waiter at the restaurant was kind to help us order food from outside, and we ate in the room. The next day, we have a 10pm pick up to the airport. Emirate biz class pick only allows 5 hours ahead since our flight is 3am. We did not know and order food pickup like the first nite. To our surprise, we were told that we could not eat in the resort and ended up eating at the carpark outside the resort (like we are no longer a guest and dispensible since we checked out). Despite this matter been escalated to the manager, we were told that this is a strict policy despite the resort been a big place. The management obviously place their own profitability above customer experience. This was a shocker. I am aware that there are such policy for some Disney resorts but their restaurants options are wide. We were lucky that our accommodation (which is expensive even by dubai standard, supposed to be a 5 stars resorts) comes with breakfasts as it was like SGD50 per pax and it was breakfast set and not even buffet. Security is tight and we are frequently asked for our room number which makes us uncomfortable. MGMT is seriously lacking in basic hospitality, and everything seems so authoritarian... more like an army camp mgmt style rather than a hospitality resort. Unbelievable, esp I had travel widely.

Very good to experience stay in dessert. I stay during the Tomorrowland music festival. Overall experience are fantastic.

Excellent place 👌 nice unusual hotel, swimming pool with pleasant cold water, delicious breakfast. only the road at the entrance is sandy and there is no covered parking, not comfortable

Hotel and consent is great, Excluding MEDNESS next door, it was no people event with Music started from Sunday 8:40am, i waiked up and impossible to rest at all, with locked door i had a feeling like i amin the club

Beautiful and unique Hotel . The respectful, helpful hotel waiters are the best thing about that hotel. We congratulate them on these people. we love the costumer service is fantastic,the pool is amazing and breakfast is delicious.

Desert hotel resort

A haven in the desert. Everything was spectacular and service impeccable from the minute we arrived till we checked out. Nothing can be faulted. Hope they maintain this level of service and experience. We all had an incredible time and will be back

Good service, good people

It's unique and nice, but I don't know if the accommodation condition is worth the price. I highly recommend it at least once.

The swimming pool is quite beautiful, but the rooms are just so-so. The waiter also gave me some tickets for the electronic music festival the day after tomorrow. Some waiters are quite enthusiastic. Hygiene still needs to be improved

A very unique tent hotel. Everyone has their own independent tent. The breakfast is quite good and there is a large outdoor swimming pool.

Beautiful experience, a pity that the restaurant is not the best for the place to experience Arab eating you have to join the return from desert trips and pay apart., 300dsh alcohol apart from shisha dearest attention, always negotiate everything first. Beautiful rooms.

Very nice facility. At night in the tent unfortunately very noisy because of the planes. There are no taxis. The return trip to Dubai was via Uber and cost twice as much as the taxi fare. I'll be back but staying in a lodge!:)
