Rooms seem outdated. Room service is very very late. They told me free small water bottles and paid large bottles in room but there were only large bottles. Indian guy at reception was friendly.

Terrible ! The room is very bad. Hairdryers are broken! The wall of the bathtub is leaking. Room telephone is NoT working ! The technician said “ the bathtub is not for lying ! If I want to lay down , use the swimming pool.” They changed 2 rooms for me! Two rooms aren’t ok AT all! Kettle is Not working !

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel.
I had to wait over two hours to check in, finally getting my room at 5:30 PM, despite arriving at 2:30 PM. The room itself had issues, such as a faulty shower pipe that wasn't fixed until I called the reception three times. Additionally, housekeeping removed our towels on the second day and did not replace them, leaving us with only one towel for two people, despite notifying the reception.
These issues made my stay unpleasant,wrong choosing in my life.
