I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. There’s always room for improvement, but my experience was positive and I would consider staying here again.

Overall, a great place to stay. Thanks to the warm and friendly lady at reception, we felt so welcomed that we decided to extend our stay for another night. The restaurant was also a highlight—delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back! Just a small note: when we went to get our key for the second night, the experience with one of the senior staff members was a bit disappointing—unfriendly and somewhat unprofessional. Honestly, if we had met them first, we might have reconsidered staying the extra night. Still, overall a positive stay thanks to the great service and hospitality from the rest of the team!

Amazing stay. Despite being at the outskirts of Dubai, it has a really good connection to the city centre as well as airport by metro. The mall next door is authentic and impressive. The team did their best to ensure we had the best experience, including decorating the room for our anniversary, early check-in, late check out, and keeping our luggage while we explored Dubai.
