When I visiting this apartment( 30.12.2024-02.01.2025) I was very upset. I booked a deluxe room( 460€/per nigth) (room 501) with my children (children are 17 years old, 5 years old and 2 years old). We went into the room, it was cold, I went down to the reception and they gave me a fan to warm me up, and later they brought another one. We slept all night with two fans that made such a terrible noise and this fan was not designed for long-term heating of the air. For a luxury room without heating, I was offered a 10% discount, but I don’t think this is correct. I paid 460 € for 1 night in a luxury room, but a room without heating costs half as much!!! The next morning we all woke up in a terrible mood, we all had headaches from the noise of the fan and our skin was very tight.I went to the reception again and they gave me an oil heater.If I had known that such an attitude would be towards me and my loved ones, I would never have chosen your apartment! Despite the fact that we were still at the New Year's holiday!!! I will definitely write about this situation about your apartments in the reviews. This was the worst choice for New Year's holiday.

Cutting corners! Nobody reads long reviews but you better read this one! First about food, cause if food no good anything else... and sadly it's no good! Breakfast: no cooked bacon, no beans, just limited choise between boiled eggs, cooked eggs, pancakes ? (yes, for breakfast???) and 2 sorts of sausages same for 7 days! Midday meal: choose between fish (tried once didn't like it), pork and tasteless cooked chicken ( how it's possible get that wrong???) that's all for 7 days! Garnish: boiled potatoes, boiled rice, cooked veggies (didn't looked good so can't tell the taste) for 7 days! Sallads are ok but also very repetitive. Dinner about same as midday, can't tell much cause we end up going out for dinner on 3rd night till end of stay! Underground car park got half buried curbstones between parking spaces (only parking I know like that!) It's very dark so if you a bit clumsy you can damage car or take a serious tumble as curbstones between cars are virtually unvisible and is no safety warnings at all about it!!! Dear Administration! Please explain- You keep "caution sleepery floor" sign permanently during day in hall connecting treatment complex and hotel but in dark time (past 5pm) you switch most of lights off in same place!!! Aqua park open till 10pm so most of hotel quests making their way through place under safety caution in day time in half dark with wet slippers!??? My 2 stars are ONLY for brilliant treatment center, deserves 5, especially best (in my opinion) masseuses but... We expected 5 treatments a day! Fitobar: 150mg of herbal tea, if you wanna more- pay extra! Counts for one treatment!!! Massage for 15 minutes (!!!???) counts as treatment! (end up paying extra for longer) Shame- cutting corners money saving policy dragging one of the best treatment centers down, fast!

Комнаты не убирают как следует. Завтраки навального еды как будто последний раз. Сок непонятно из чего состоит. Посуда не всегда чистая. Твёрдая тройка. Вот ресторан на 8 этаже не плохой но по цене для друскининкай очень дорогой-это не Швейцария

Вспоминаю как триллер.Пишу как продолжение к отзыву "Кошмарный номер 310"Речь шла о номере в Гранд СПА Дускниникай 4* .Номер для инвалидов.Единственное что было хорошо-лечебное отделение и его персонал.Они прелесть.И обслуживающий номер девочки горничные. Все остальное это ужас.Начная от старого обшарпаного 310.Регистратура,которая на все жалобы отвечала,что так и нужно(включая неработающий минибар,) и сантехнику и кондишн!И невкусные обеды и ужины.На требование сменить номер даже не почесались.Так до конца там и мучились.И теперь спустя 9 месяцев когда рассказываю кому мне не верят.И реакции на мой отзыв- никакой..И извинений за испорченный отдых тоже нет.Ну и ладно,все равно больше не приедем.

Очень разочарована номером. Мебель старая и обшарпанная, диван продавленный, стол ободран. Из туалетных принадлежностей только мыло в большой бутылке, нет даже крема для рук. Ужин тоже совершенно не соответствует. Не понимаю, почему у отеля такой высокий рейтинг.

Мы с мужем отдыхали здесь с 13 июля по 2 августа 2022 г.Общее впечатление неоднозначное. С одной стороны отношение персонала ( горничных и медперсонала в лечебном корпусе) было замечательным! Подчеркиваю,что к их работе претензий не было ни разу, но отдыха не получилось! Все дело было в номере, который нам выделили и сменить его никак не получилось. Я не хотелаписать плохой отзыв,даже в бкмажной анкете поставила ,что все ОК.Но вчера получила видеоотчет родственницы мужа,которая отдыхает в корпусе 3* и обиделась всерьез! Номер 310 был ужасен! Неуютный,с неработающим минибаром,старой Потрепанной мебелью и кавролином.Душный и одновременно холодный(кондиционер толком на тепло не работал( да и на охлаждение тоже!) А главное невозможный санузел. Душ без всякой кабинки или ванныи даже без занавески.Вся вода попадает на пол и стоит там,пока не приходит горничная и не уберет.Так что мыться мы ходили в аквапарк.Сантехников мы вызывали 3 раза то вода не уходит,то пар идет изо всех щелей,то толком не закрывается душ и кран и вода струится без конца. Не радовал и вид из окна. Вид был на ПОМОЙКУ! Номер стандврт ,предназначен для инвалидов.А что, инвалиды не люди?Поменять номер нам на рецепшн даже и не предлагали,сказали что отель преполнен.Кстати ответ на наши жалобы был однозначный-сделаем.И не делали часто. Например минибар заменили аосле 3 дневных хождений и уговоров,мол это не холодильник и так и должно быть!!А то что он вообще не охлаждает,так то вам кажется! У меня в нем лежал инсулин в уколах.И хранитьт его нужно при температуре до 8 градусов. Про номер все. Да,еще отсутствие стойки для чемаданов тоже неудобство.Разбирать и собирать вещи приходилось согнувшись крючком над полом. Теперь еда.Невкусно! Однообразно! Ограниченный ассортимент.!Выручало только обилие фруктов.Очень пожалели ,что взяли полный пансион.Через неделю перестали ходить на обед.На ужин не ходили почти сразу. Лечение тоже не очень.Процедуры были самые обычные,можно было их сделать и у нас.В купат холим,в физотделении. В рекламе говорилось о салоне красоты,о зубной клинике,о врачах ушном и урологе.Нет их,видимо в париод короновируса исчезли. Повторяю,я бы не стала писать плохой отзыв,но обидно,господа за испорченный отдых.Поедем в Чехию,там нас так не обижали.

В санатории Летува мы второй раз,так что есть с чем сравнить. По сравнению с прежним посещением в 2019 ,на наш взгляд , произошли изменения не в лучшую сторону.За три недели с 15 июля по 5 августа 22 года меню в ресторане было очень однообразное и, честно говоря, не очень вкусное .Персонал ресторана работал хорошо,но чувствовалась его нехватка.В комнатах порядок и вовремя всё убиралось. Аквапарк -прекрасно,хотя в августе почти не проводились мероприятия в сауне.Процедуры хорошие и вовремя. Всего их было 63.По три в день, оплата за них входит в стоимость пакета .Омрачило то ,что при окончательном расчёте,была начислена дополнительная сумма. Дело в том ,что при назначении процедур,врач не предупредил,что добавки в минеральную ванну платные, дело конечно не в деньгах ,а в честности .Короче сюда мы больше не приедем.

First time we entered the room it wasn't cleaned at all. We informed reception about this. Second time we entered the room we saw it was somewhat cleaned but the bed wasn't made, the glass was still filthy. We informed reception once again to take care of the room. Third time we entered the room it was still the same. I took the bathrobe and it was still wet from previous guests. We couldn't go to saunas and pools with those bathrobes of course. Evening ruined. It wasn't worth the money we paid and noone care to listen what we have been asking for several times.
