1st stay in April was fantastic!! 2nd visit was TERRIBLE!!! July 26th for one night in room 211. If you want the hotel room temperature adjusted, you have to put the request in at the front desk. The thermostat in your room is just for looks!! So don't expect air conditioning!! Worse, was in the morning, no cold water for a shower!! Only scalding hot water available. We advised the reception, waited half an hour, no one arrived to fix the issue. Unfortunately, we had to check out to head to Toronto. Spoke to reception again, and was advised nothing the agent could do, she would talk to her manager. Phone call to the manager in the afternoon was unsettling. The manager said that we did not know how to operate the faucet and someone checked after we left the hotel and the cold water worked. Basically, she called my husband and I liars!! I will never stay at this hotel ever again!! Newly refurbished but watch out - water not hooked up for showering!!! Terrible management customer service!!!! Never again for us!!!!

Four of us were traveling, so we needed two queens or two doubles. We got the latter. PROS: close to the highway, quiet**, clean room, nice staff, free parking, pool**, fair prices, soft towels, comfortable beds, two coffees provided**, fridge, wi-fi, one free bottle of water (then $2 per)**. CONS: quiet with the A/C off - but boy is the AC loud! Pool is a long walk, through reception, and even through part of the restaurant! Dress accordingly! Tiny bathroom! Tiny tub, tiny toilet (I hate round toilet seats, but there wouldn't have been room here for an oval toilet! Yeah, two coffees were provided, but no tea-bags? C'mon... (fortunately, I travel with my own tea-bags) No hair-dryer. (I pointed out to my daughter that there was an iron, but she said it's not quite the same. I said "so, adapt.") BTW, the tap water tastes awful (but that's not the hotel's fault - blame Drummondville for that). Hardly worth mentioning, but there was only one night-table for four people, so two of us had no light or somewhere to put a glass of water. A small point, I know, but **I mention the bottled water because at the last hotel all bottles were $4 each. At least there was one free one here - so that's a PRO. Lastly, I'm a Rotarian, and this hotel is the home-base of the local Rotary club (and a Lions club). That earns the hotel and extra half-star from me! I support places that support Rotary!

Le combo ******* et Hotel Le Dauphin est terrible. Nous avions des reservations a cet hotel pour une escapade en famille et une piece de theatre en soiree. La piece a malheureusement ete annulée. Nous avons contacté l'hotel pour connaitre nos options, et on nous assure que nous pouvons annuler la reservation sans frais avant 16h, mais qu'il faut passer par *******. On contact ******* et ils confirment qu'on peut annuler la reservation mais que l'hotel pourrait charger des frais d'annulation. On procede a l'annulation pour apprendre que " les frais" sont a 100% de la chambre. On essaie "d'annuler l'annulation via ******* mais c'est impossible. On recontacte l'hotel et on nous dit qu'il n'y a rien a faire. Donc 300$ plus tard...pas d'hotel, pas d'aide.

Aucun commentaires tout a été parfait pour nous. Excellent voyage de vélo dans la région . Personnel courtois et très polis. La piscine aussi était très bien. Le personnel du restaurant au déjeuner était très bien
