Επισκεφθήκαμε το ξενοδοχείο σας για δεύτερη φορά, δίνοντάς του μία ακόμη ευκαιρία, παρά το γεγονός ότι κατά την πρώτη μας διαμονή είχαμε εκφράσει παράπονα για την άθλια κατάσταση των στρωμάτων. Είχαν εμφανή βαθουλώματα, ήταν πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας και επηρέασαν σοβαρά την ποιότητα του ύπνου μας. Δυστυχώς, παρά την προειδοποίηση που τους είχαμε δώσει ότι θα ξαναέρθουμε και την ελπίδα πως το πρόβλημα θα είχε επιλυθεί, τίποτα δεν είχε αλλάξει. Τα στρώματα ήταν και πάλι τα ίδια — φθαρμένα, βουλιαγμένα, και εντελώς ακατάλληλα για ξενοδοχείο που θέλει να σέβεται τους πελάτες του. Η κατάσταση είχε τόσο σοβαρή επίπτωση στην υγεία μου, που αναγκάστηκα να επισκεφθώ το νοσοκομείο με έντονο πόνο στη μέση, μη μπορώντας να περπατήσω κανονικά. Επιπλέον, κατά την αποχώρησή μας, διαπίστωσα ότι είχα ξεχάσει ένα ζευγάρι σανδάλια στο μπάνιο του δωματίου 001. Επικοινώνησα επανειλημμένα με το ξενοδοχείο, επί μία ολόκληρη εβδομάδα. Κάθε φορά μου έλεγαν ότι θα με καλέσουν πίσω για να με ενημερώσουν. Δεν έλαβα ποτέ καμία απάντηση. Τελικά, μετά από την έβδομη τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, με ενημέρωσαν απλώς πως “δεν βρέθηκαν”. Πρόκειται για εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Είτε τα σανδάλια πετάχτηκαν χωρίς να ελεγχθεί σωστά το δωμάτιο, είτε κάποιος τα πήρε — σε κάθε περίπτωση, κανείς δεν μπήκε στον κόπο να ενημερώσει εγκαίρως ή να δείξει το παραμικρό ενδιαφέρον. Ο μοναδικός θετικός παράγοντας και στις δύο διαμονές μας ήταν η κυρία Ελισάβετ στη ρεσεψιόν. Ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενική, εξυπηρετική και επαγγελματίας — ουσιαστικά η μόνη που μας έδωσε την αίσθηση ότι μας σέβονται ως πελάτες. Χάρη σε εκείνη αποφασίσαμε να επιστρέψουμε στο ξενοδοχείο για δεύτερη φορά. Δυστυχώς, η συνολική εμπειρία μας ήταν απογοητευτική. Όταν η ποιότητα ύπνου και η εξυπηρέτηση μετά τη διαμονή αγνοούνται τόσο επιδεικτικά, τότε δεν μπορούμε να μιλάμε για σωστή διαχείριση. Δεν προτείνω αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και δεν θα το επισκεφθούμε ξανά.

The hotel looks renovated mostly in the common areas. The breakfast was fine with a lot of options.The front rooms on the second floor have very nice views of the gulf and they are very spacious. The living room has its own smart TV and the bedroom also. The merit of the hotel is the spacious veranda of the restaurant and the bar also. The views are amazing. Once you are sited you don't want to leave the place. We would be happy to go there again. And some minus. Though the kitchen is fine, the salad could be a bit larger.

We drove from Nicosia with our 3-year-old daughter for a nice weekend getaway, but unfortunately, our expectations were quickly shattered. The hotel was understaffed, and the food was awful. The dinner seemed to be just leftover breakfast from the morning. The breakfast itself was also terrible, with poor-quality food. The plates and glasses were dirty, and the most shocking part was that the cake served at breakfast had fungus on it, yet it was still being served to guests, including children! For families, especially those traveling with kids, be cautious. After all this, there was no compensation or apology from management, except for a brief apology from a waiter named Maria. We decided to check out early and moved to another hotel to avoid potential food poisoning. This hotel is far from being a 4-star establishment—I'd even hesitate to rate it 3 stars. A total waste of money and a major disappointment."

What i liked: Good breakfast and Clean Rooms Unfortunately the negatives overshadowed the positive experience. What i didn't like : 1) The Manager was very rude and Arrogant about an issue that came up. 2) The 4G/5G Antennas on the top of the Hotel

I didnt get the room I booked and when I went down to the reception,the manager told me if I don't like it,I can leave. The room I was in smelled like mold and that's because the humidity in this place is always high everything is soaked wet the floors the seating area the windows,no proper air flow throughout the rooms Never again

Very well located easy to find.Reception was helpful though not over informative of facilities .Room was a village facing 2nd floor standard room facing over top of reception and car park.downside being woken at 0630 by staff and vehicles making deliveries.Room was very clean not dated though shower was over bath not ideal if you have mobility issues,tea and coffee provided though not replaced and bottled water provided on first day but not on following days.Nice bar with full range of drinks and pricing reasonable. Had dinner in the restaurant food well presented enjoyable at a far price. Breakfast was plentiful and very enjoyable ,big tip if your English and like your tea take your own teabags just saying!. Would we stay again definitely a beautiful location in an area of cyprus That many wouldn’t normally see and yet is still only 20 minutes from beautiful beaches.

We stayed fora couple of nights at the hotel, we were given an upgrade to a junior suite. The room was good and clean the in room facilities were as expected. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of choice. We were lucky enough to eat outside and enjoyed the view. The team were very good an all areas and the reception team were informative and gave us some good ideas of local things to do. We would return again
