Kangerong Holiday Park

Definitely do to suggest this place to anyone, there are much more nicer places along this road being close to this beach. Unless you want to be abused my the staff, Who will hand you a note of eviction make you pack up your things and leave then offer you to stay with attitude still and not offer you your refund. Mind you being evicted for standing up to the way the male “manager” speaks to your family about moving your car. Out of touch, no people skills or communication skills.

Lisa (new manager) has single-handledly ruined Kangerong. Previous managers please come back!!! Our extended family and others loved you over our years of stay. Main manager Lisa is truly homo horribilis (a horrible person). She is both aggressive and passive dominant in her interpersonal power plays. We have witnessed it both with ourselves in person, by phone arriving when she first took over and we had never “experienced her” and in the office on many occasions and now since as usual contradicting her other staff members on what they tell us or what had already been booked and on one occasion what had paid for. I know there is a staff shortage but Why can’t the owners realise this and move her on or better still out of the industry? Even the local Tourist Information Centre had heard of her when I went to ask for suggestions of alternative accommodation for 2024. She brings dread to all the long-term owners who shared their experiences with us and is a know- it all and intimidating per other summer renters. She is a holiday wrecker. (Long term owners asked me to post as they couldn’t except via friends accounts). We only sought to go back because of the nice people who stay and ability of my child to ride his bike safely around the park. Not a single issue with anyone staying - all harmonious as usual. Off to another place until Lisa leaves.

Will never step foot in that place again - booked a group booking for a family xmas weekend away - staff were incredibly rude - never heard anything like it ! Rude from the day we arrived to the time we checked out ! Absolute worst experience !
