Das Hotel wie (5 Motorradfahrer) sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden von einem netten jungen Team, welches das Hotel offenbar erst übernommen hat. Die Lage ist gut und sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und auch für Transporter geeignet. Aktuell wird das Hotel renoviert, was sich auf die Optik natürlich auswirkt. Aber an den Stellen, welche renoviert wurden sieht man da Herzblut und diese Räume sind sehr schön geworden. Zimmer Die Zimmer sind großzügig und hell mit separatem Badezimmer. Es ist kostenloses WLAN vorhanden, ebenso ein Föhn. Es war ein Duschgel im Bad zur Verfügung gestellt worden. Ebenso ein Wasserkocher mit einer Teeauswahl ist vorhanden. Restaurant Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gestaltet und es gibt ein gutes Menü, das Essen war sehr lecker. Ebenso das Frühstück. Service Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Man muss etwas Geduld mitbringen im Restaurant, da sich das Personal noch um andere Teile des Hotels kümmern muss. Sprich es dauert manchmal ein wenig, bis eine neue Bestellung aufgenommen wird. Aber das wird sich bestimmt noch einspielen. Wir waren jedenfalls mit dem Preis und der Leistung sehr zufrieden. Sollten wir erneut in die Gegend kommen, dann wäre das unser Ziel.

I had the opportunity to stay at St Andrews Hotel, and I must say it was a very relaxing and lovely experience. Our room was very spacious, with twin beds and a large bathroom. It was clean and nicely presented, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were also welcomed with a tray full of treats, which was a lovely touch. The hotel breakfast was simple but offered good options, including both continental and full English breakfasts. The tables were set up in an elegant and clean manner, which made it even more enjoyable to take in the view and enjoy the meal. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but in the near future, it will feature a new restaurant area, massage services, and spa facilities—something I’m really looking forward to. Thank you to all the staff for being so welcoming and polite, for showing us around, and for making our stay so relaxing.

Terrible noise from pipes. Moved me to a new room at 1am Problem persisted and we left around 2am. I was told I'd be contacted for a refund. Ive had no contact atal after a full week despite my reviews elsewhere and an email I sent them Would take down negative reviews if they were to honour this

No toiletries, ever! Not even soap to wash hands. We stayed in this hotel two times two weeks apart and in both occasions there were no toiletries in our room. The front desk staff gave us the same old excuses, that they had just received a delivery but hadn’t unpacked yet, or that they were still expecting a delivery. Eye rolling. Also there’s mold in the walls. They have a sign up saying they’re undergoing renovations, but I haven’t seen any signs of any construction going on, just a rundown hotel, really. We have to go to Droitwich periodically for family reasons but we’ll look for a different hotel from now on.

95 it cost to stay in a slum,cigarette buts greeted us building looked derelict outside,room dirty carpet not hoovered,no carpet on stairways,kitchen filthy no floor covering in kitchen all broken up breakfast absolutely low standard,sausage slimy all dried up coffee lousy and service with bad attitude asked if we could have juice in cups as no glasses place needs closing down health and safety need to pay a visit not safe work needed or condemned disgusting..

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the decor is beautiful, matching the charm of the hotel. I originally booked a small solo room, which was cozy and perfect for me, upon going into the bathroom there was an incredible amount of mould it made me very uncomfortable, in every single tile and along the ceiling, I let the staff know and they apologised and put me into another small room, this one was the same, even more mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, and mould on the netting of the window right next to the bed. This made me even more uncomfortable as there was mould right next to where I would sleep. I let the staff know again and was upgraded to another room, I did a quick sweep of the room as anyone would and was let down by the cleanliness, there was bits of food on the nightstand, dirt marks on the end of the bed, dust on lamps, again the decor was fantastic, just let down massively by the cleanliness.

Stayed one night last week, and two nights this week. Can't fault the place. The taff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is undergoing a refurbishment to a good standard. Very good value for money.

The first night we stayed at this hotel we had a problem with the toilet leaking all over the bathroom floor so we had to move rooms. The second night we stayed in this new room we realised that the heating in the room did not work, and the room was absolutely freezing and only a bigger duvet was offered until a heater was found the next day and given to us. The third night we stayed, we had a water leakage coming from the light above our bed so yet again had to swap rooms - the new room heating also does not work. The stay so far has been nothing but complicated, I’ve never been to a hotel like it. The woman who has looked after us has genuinely been lovely and done the best she can whilst the manager has been absent… I really do not recommend this hotel and am extremely disappointed that nothing complimentary was offered.
