we arrived in the evening, there were three of us, two parents and their daughter as soon as we arrived they already offered us two different rooms, a single and a double, we arrived at the rooms and one was USED, not clean (I attach a photo), the air conditioning was unusable in both rooms, bins not emptied, used towels, carpet and floor very dirty THREE FLOORS WITHOUT ELEVATOR a hotel anything but 3 stars

Aspetti positivi: L’hotel e’ pulito ed il personale abbastanza gentile. Aspetti negativi: - Purtroppo nella mia camera il wifi non funzionava. - Pagando con la carta di credito ho pagato di piu’ di quanto concordato: avrei dovuto pagare 172,25 lei invece mi hanno fatto pagare (senza informarmi e senza possibilita’ di annullare la transizione e pagare cash!) in euro 39,55 Al momento del pagamento non mi hanno voluto rilasciare la ricevuta del POS, inoltre dopo la mia insistenza mi hanno dato uno scontrino simile, ma non quello del POS. Dopo altra richiesta finalmente mi hanno dato la ricevuta del POS dove era indicato il pagamento finale in euro e non in lei ( con aumento del costo del 8%!!!!)

Vriendelijke personeel en heel propere kamers Ook veilig waar je je thuis kan voelen. Airco's waren ook goed, zeker een aanrader voor mensen die daar passeren. Wij komen waarschijnlijk nog volgende jaar ook nog. Bedankt voor warme welkom
