Overall, the stay was good. But the owner really needs to invest in towels, wash clothes, etc. There were no wash clothes anywhere and the hand towel in the master was thread-bare. Also, if you offer a coffee maker, (which you do) you need to make sure you supply the correct coffee maker filters.

Disappointed (scam)
I booked this VRBO specifically because of the gym set up in the garage as shown in the pictures. When I arrived they had removed all the weights medicine balls and all the gym equipment except an empty rack. Pretty hard to work out with no weights. Seemed like a bit of a scam to me since they advertised a full gym with all the equipment in the pictures on the listing. Host was also incredibly hostile and then tried to charge me for a whole bunch of extra stuff after I left the property. Avoid this at all costs.

A Place To Work and Play!
This townhouse was everything I hoped it would be. I loved the convenient access to restaurants, shopping and trail heads. I would 100% recommend this property to others and stay here again while in the Salt Lake Valley.

Good stay
We enjoyed our time in the house. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only suggestions are the need for more seating. The couch and table didn't accommodate all 6 of us. Also, know that if your family includes older teens the beds are not big enough to sleep 2 comfortably so bring an air mattress or 2 as the couch isn't great for sleeping on. There are also a lot of stairs in the home which may be tricky for younger kids or elderly.
Overall, the house was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. We enjoyed our stay.
