Morning Glory Cottages

It was our second stay here. Tranquil and serene farm surroundings.Well equipped cottage and the electric blanket was fantastic. We were met by Lynette who was so helpful and kind , she even made us a delicious homemade bread. Loved seeing all the farm animals and made friends with a delightful cat named Pirate!

What a wonderful little Oasis near the Gariep Dam. Attention to little details in our cottage was spot on. Lynette was a very lovely hostess who went the extra mile with a smile. They will see us again.

Beautiful need, clean and very friendly personnel. People that go out of there way to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely recommend and will stay there again.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of December on our way from Cape Town to Waterfall KZN and we did not want to leave. Lynette was incredibly hospitable, friendly and we felt as though we were part of the family. We were greeted with a freshly baked loaf of bread which was incredibly tasty and such a nice surprise. We ordered meals and they were absolutely delicious and incredible value for money. Lynette also provides tea, coffee, milk and other little things which are really nice touches. Thank you Lynette for everything! Special mention also goes to Hannelie who we really enjoyed spending time with at the stables. Her passion, knowledge and love for horses really shines through. Thank you Hannelie, the horses you look after are lucky to have you! We highly recommend staying at Morning Glory Cottages and will most definitely be back! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
