I didn’t like that it was smelly, lamp in room was broken, there was some roach coming out of the ac unit, the microwave was all rust and that is unhealthy. The fridge was rusty too and didn’t get that cold. I ask for towels for my daughter in-law and myself and they only gave me two. They didn’t take the trash out for the two nights I spent there. I will never stay in this place ever again.

The sewage smell backed up into and filled the room with a terrible stench i left around midnight didnt wait until check out time , it was unbearable

The only bad thing is that the jacuzzi is not on unless requested, and that information was not provided when I called the hotel to check if it was a working jacuzzi. The men that work the front desk are friendly but the female worker in the evening is rude

The room was lovely, and the jet tub was fabulous. The walls are a little thin. Driving in the area was frustrating because of the number of u-turns you have to take.

I am very disappointed with this hotel and their people in charge. We checked in and in 15 mina we checked out. I had 5 rooms and all 5 rooms were nasty. There was mold, cigarettes burns, some type of fluid on one of the doors (looked like blood). There were stains on the bedding. Seemed like every single piece. The rooms were terrible.
Unfortunately, I prepaid for the rooms and I have been trying to see if we can work out refund some way since I had 5 rooms for 3 nights and we didn’t even stay one night but the managers have been avoiding me and not even trying to resolve the issue.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and it is sad since I have been a Choice Member for over 15 years.
