We were very happy about the cleanliness of the hotel, and pool and spa area. Our room was very accomodating and the bed and pillows were good. We were happy with the complimentary breakfast and the location of the property. We will stay again at this site if in the area.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times this year due to business travel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast has many choices and the cook is always very friendly even early in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Dover, Dr location, called about hotel amenities before going to this hotel, front desk receptionist was loud, rude, disrespectful. She had a nasty attitude about answering basic questions. I'm completely turned off from going here. I will be cancelling my upcoming reservation and booking somewhere else. Corporate will definitely hear about this distasteful encounter from this ignorant employee.

The staff were friendly and helpful and we even received housekeeping services without asking. This is a smaller older hotel with a good sized indoor hot pool and swimming pool although we didn't use it. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. My only con about the place was that our room needed a good deep cleaning in the corners and around the edges of the bathroom floor and the window curtain and A/C vents needed to be cleaned.

The first employee we encountered was fairly rude. An assisted room was reserved. Their idea of an assisted room needs some work. Yes there were safety rails installed in the tub, but the tub was very high to step into and the bottom was extremely slippery. It is very hard for someone with mobility problems. Also the electrical outlets did not work in the bathroom. We reported the unsafe tub and non-working electrical outlets at checkout. We were told it would be noted and passed along. I'm sure that won't happen. I asked for future reference if they had assisted rooms with walk-in showers. The same rude employee's response was "Isn't that whay you had?". No it wasn't what we had. I had just explained our problem with the tub! I guess it was too much trouble to find out as the only answer I received was then I don't know. This does not help with those of us with mobility problems. About the only good thing was the breakfast and the location. I doubt I will stay here again.

We did an overnight stay at this property! The pull out bed was disgusting and the cushion was totally ripped! The mattress was so thin it was pretty much non existent. The walls and pics in the room were stained and there was a nasty hair in the sink. The breakfast was ok but I wouldn’t recommend staying here!

Overall an adequate stay. It seemed like there were a few guests and the hotel was not very busy. There was a nice pool and hot tub, we did see a laundry but we did not use. The room was basic but comfortable with a small fridge and no freezer. There was no coffee in the lobby except at the breakfast but they did have free USA today papers. The breakfast was okay. I would consider staying here again.

We stayed here just for one night on our drive to PA. I had read the reviews in advance, and they were mostly positive. I have to agree with the majority here. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and the bedding and pillows were very comfy. The only issue would be there was no guide for the television channels and the guide that would normally be on the TV was not working. Also, the breakfast was limited and the sausage was very unappealing looking. Although for muffins, bagels and coffee it was fine. I would recommend this Comfort Inn and Suites for clean and comfortable stay.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. It is located in a convenient area of town and centrally located to the places we were visiting. The room was very comfortable, modern, and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were amenities in the room, such as a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. We really appreciated these amenities so we could keep bottles of water and refrigerated snacks on hand. The desk staff members were pleasant. I asked for a room in a particular area of the hotel and was placed there. Our room was made up each day. We really enjoyed having a hot breakfast and fresh coffee in the morning. The people working in the dining area were friendly and kept the hot foods stocked. Fresh baked cookies were offered each afternoon in the lobby near the registration desk along with a cold drink on tap. I would definitely stay at this Comfort Inn Suites again!
