I must say i am impressed not only by the hotel competence but my massages, lordddddddddd mmmmm i had to go again. My back ache is gone. She is a physiotherapist npt just a masseuse. I love it love it love it i have to come back even if it is for a massage

From checking in to checkout all the staff onsite are warm, kind and welcoming. Once checked in I was shown to my room. I booked a superior oceanview room. The view did not disappoint from the balcony. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. I appreciated the complimentary amenities in the bathroom, and the shower was super hot! The onsite restaurant “Boucan” has a great menu, with lots of options. I ate onsite twice during my stay and wasn’t disappointed. Happy hour at their bar is 12-1 and again 5-6. Location is perfect for heading out to the gap or travelling to other parts of the island. There are lots of small restaurants and shops close which include a grocery store and atm. I will definitely return to this property, and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to other people looking to visit BIM. Thanks for a great stay and hospitality

We popped in to see if was reopened one evening, received the warmest of welcomes from a lovely lady and we had a drink at the bar , brilliant service and we stepped out on to decking by the beach . We came back one morning to have a breakfast and we were not disappointed, service and food was ten out of ten x We looked at their dinner menu , it was priced really well and looked delicious, sadly we were at the end of our stay , but what they have done with renovations are beautifully done . We recommend so highly and thank you to all staff for the welcoming warmth xxx❤️❤️❤️
