It is a decent and spacious place to stay, nice and quiet. Front desk people are attentive and please to help.
The only missing item in the room is the tea kettle, which is important for those don't drink coffee in the morning.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I like to stay at different properties across Hilton's portfolio. A weekend solo getaway to the area around Rockaway Townsquare Mall brought me to this area. Note that this hotel sits in Dover, but it is walkable (albeit some parts have no sidewalks) to the Rockaway Townsquare campus within Rockaway. So there is plenty to eat or buy within a short distance. As I always do, I checked in online the day before arrival and chose my room. Upon my arrival I went right to my suite. I found the suite to certainly be ample size, and with plenty of room for my belongings. The TV, WiFi, and temperature were all easy to control. Bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries. No issues with hot water. Breakfast was good and quick. The hotel, at least during my stay, was quiet as the building is set back about 1/4 mile from the nearest busy street.

Stay was great, breakfast not so much
The room was great. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was pretty bad. I'm all about pancakes and french toast sticks, but yuck. They definitely need a waffle iron so you can have something fresh. Both days they had "sausage"... one day was kielbasa, the other was chicken sausage patties that were inedible. Frankly I'd stay somewhere else at a comparable price and hope for a decent breakfast if breakfast is your thing.

Our stay was good .The only thing i have to day is the breakfast could be better the eggs are cold and breads are stale.We stay here alot..love the concierge staff very friendly and welcoming.This is our go to place .

First stay, but not our last!
This was our first stay, but definitely not our last! The king bed suite was huge compared to a typical hotel room, was super clean, great amenities, and had a comfy bed and pillows!

Horrible horrible horrible. Avoid like the plague. Booked an extended stay and left quickly for elsewhere. I’ll keep this short and sweet: 1. Filthy and just downright dirty. See the pictures attached. Mold, dirt, dust, general filth. The bathroom and kitchen were hot messes. As was the hvac. 2. No Covid precautions whatsoever but they try to push an overall reduction in service (including housekeeping) as “for the customers benefit”. 2. Worn and damaged rooms with peeling paint 3. Missing room amenities in the suite kitchen 4. Noise. Inside and out. Guests. Friends of the front desk and neighborhood. Warehouse traffic from the same industrial complex as the hotel. Cheaply made building. Unruly screaming guests for several hours one night were never even dealt with while we were there. Thankfully we were already checking out early the next morning. 5. Lousy breakfast 6. Horrible, slow, unreliable WiFi. Forget about working from here or even connecting to check emails on your phone for that matter 7. Unresponsive housekeeping despite multiple requests even directly through the GM, who was equally rude and unhelpful on any issues 9. This place should not even carry the Hilton label.
