I was traveling with my son to visit colleges, and made a reservation on the fly, on my phone from the car. I inadvertently made it for the wrong night, was charged as a no-show. When we arrived on the night we needed, we had no reservation. The staff had 2 rooms left, made one suite available at the original rate we booked (we mistakenly booked a weeknight standard room and stayed in a suite on the weekend that should have been much higher). The manager of the property was extremely gracious and offered a complete refund with no questions or "corporate hassles". And not only that, the stay was great, the room clean and breakfast was perfect. All front desk staff were very understanding and helpful for what could have been a stressful and disastrous college tour experience. Thank You Comfort Inn Dover!
