This is an old building near the waterfront. The sounds of seagulls can be heard outside; great atmosphere!
The building itself has kind of claustrophobic feel to it. It has small rooms, low ceilings, narrow, winding stairways, and sloping floors. If open and airy is your preference, this is the wrong place.
But the staff are very capable and friendly. It’s a short walk from both the ferry port and the train station. Hope to visit again.

GGuest UserI really admire Alex as a hotel practitioner so perfect for taking care of the family hotel! This comment is not to write a simple clean and tidy, good service, good location to express my feelings! I want to say that the layout is very special, very artistic, fully utilized all resources but not crowded, everywhere reflects the high taste and intention of the operator! At the time of the tourism industry has not yet recovered, Alex provides guests with a variety of food and beverage experience. He has great kindness! So this is a highly recommended family hotel! I will come back again!

EEve xieThis is an old couple who runs a hotel located on the hill. They are very kind and treat people very well, especially the breakfast, which is great. Looking at the scenery outside the window, they are enjoying an authentic English breakfast and black tea. . Very good choice in this small town, I will definitely come again next time!

GGuest UserThe first day was too late. There were no people and cars on the street in the town. It was very warm to enter the house. It was a very retro English family house. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. It felt like living at home. I slept well on the first day. The breakfast was very rich. I will choose this next time.

服務差到離譜，第一天給存包，然後第二天我問前台，我要checkout能不能幫我存包，他直接説：you are not our guest anymore😅😅😅。意思是checkout之後沒法存，我真的覺得離譜至極。
我知道的連鎖酒店服務一般都是超預期的
