Breakfast is just so so. The hotel has a parking lot. An extra bed can be provided. I don't like this hotel very much. It's close to the desert Sahara. The hotel is gray. It claims to be of four-star hotel, which is at most a three-star level in China.

We stayed for 1 night Clean and small room, comfortable matresses and pilows, nice view, not so quiet at night beeing a transit hotel The pool was wonderful We did not used their towels The food was basic with few options, good cookies, but not so the coffee

It was my first time visiting southern Tunisia, and I was truly impressed by my stay at this wonderful hotel. The services were excellent, and I especially loved the food, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I do have a small suggestion for improvement: adding chairs in front of the villas would be a great idea to better enjoy the sunshine. The hotel was really fantastic but Tayssir at reception stole the show. We had endless questions, yet she answered each one with care, calm, and an ever present smile.Her hospitality alone is reason enough to return! Thank you all the Team of The Residence Douz
