HEED THIS WARNING ! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL. For your health please do not stay here I will now list the awful things witnessed in the first five minute of entry to that establishment. •CIGARETTES GALORE POTENT CIGARETTES SMELL AROUND THE WHOLE BUILDING. •BUGS OF ALL SORTS •STAINED BEDS ,PILLOW COVERS, SHOWER FLOORS WALLS ARE YELLOW WITH CIGARETTE SMOKE. • RANDOM PEOPLE YELLING AT 6am CUSSING AND WHAT NOT. •*******? STAY AWAY PLEASE

This hotel was ok I thought until we got in the hotel sheets had stains. Customer service was HORRIBLE when we got ready to leave they charged me $30 for a sheet that was blue stained before we got there. And tried to keep it to charge someone else it’s a gimmick. I took the sheet since I had to pay for it. Nasty nasty nasty people. The older man anyway. I WILL NEVER EVER DO ANOTHER Baymont hotel again !!!

Room was dirty, sheets were not clean, but I was tired so we stayed. At 11 pm, front desk man came to my room demanding I pay. I had already paid, and had to wake up my banker at 2 am to prove it. Clerk called the hotel owner, who rudely harangued me. We got no sleep and left at 6 am. I had to drive 400 miles the next morning without sleep. Owner called 2 days later and said the money was paid after all. Someone wrote the wrong number down. No apology. I will contact Wyndam Hotel, who owns this hotel, as well as the Health Department. Don't go here! Awful!

I would say Baymont has been a saving grace for me and my family. Not only are the weekly rooms affordable but the staff is great. They have breakfast every morning as well as an onsite gym. They also have a laundry room for the convenience of guests. Baymont has made my stay easy and I definitely recommend.

If I could give it negative stars I would. First they add an additional $50 for “incidentals”. Second the room was not clean. There was a half used roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom, it was not clean, and the lampshades and curtains were stained. The fixtures in the bathroom are rusted. There is an ironing board but no ironing board cover. And be prepared for a wake up knock at your door from housekeeping at 9 even though check out is at 11.

Roaches were coming out of everywhere. Very nasty. Would only move to another room and give 15% discount. Very unsatisfied. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone. Called Priceline and they couldn’t help either.

Customer service was very poor. Rooms was nasty awful smell throughout the halls. I have missing items from when they put my stuff out into the storage hall over miscommunication. I’ve never experienced such disrespect. One thing I know when you look at the reviews majority is poor so there’s something to look at everybody can’t be wrong especially when it’s obvious

Worst experience! Made you check in at an outside window. It’s 10°!! Got to the room and the ac was on! Switched it to heat and it started blowing cold air. Called the front desk and was completely ignored. They also made me pay a deposit that was not disclosed at the time of booking. Blankets dirty. I expected more from Baymont. Wyndham properties have gone down the last few years. Won’t stay at any of their properties again!
