The hotel is so nice. The staffs are friendly, professionals and very nice. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast is very nice with different varieties. I had an awesome experience. I had a very good sleep. The environment is calm and peaceful. I highly recommend K Hotel. You will definitely have an awesome experience.

The hotel is located downtown but you can't feel the noise. Very clean, safe, peaceful and confortable hotel. The staff is highly skilled, polite and ready to serve. The hotel offers 2 bars indoor and outdoor, a swiming pool , one restaurant serving very tasty food.

difficult where to start from as i have been in and out Douala regularly in the last 15 years; since i found the K Hotel was not possible to change! the bed is just the most comfortable in the radius of many thousands of kms. same for the quality of the product in the bathroom (shampoos, soaps, etc.. please don't change supplier!). it has a real Nespresso machine in the room and real Nespresso capsules are supplied!.. the personnel at the reception is well trained and helpful, able to manage the check in/out in a fraction of other african hotels.

Pas de l'eau chaude dans la salle, et j'ai déjà demandé l'aide au personnel, mais pas de solution, pas de réponse. Sauf celui-ci, tout le reste est acceptable. La chambre est agréable, le petit déjeuner est délicieux, la salle de conférence est grande.

Excellent hôtel aux standards internationaux. Très propre, agréable et chaleureux. Le personnel est très soigné et à l’écoute des clients. Situation exceptionnelle en plein centre du quartier d’affaires de Bonanjo, très pratique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et bien diversifié. Là aussi, le personnel est aux petits soins. Un havre de paix au cœur de la ville.

Very beautiful hotel with kind and convenient people inside Small but nice fitness room, everything is clean and the breakfast is nice. The lounge is very nice, music not so strong and lots of diferent cocktails. I came back for 1 evening after check out and they kept my bags and let me be in the hotel until my departure for the airport
