Hôtel vieillissant, insonorisation faible, porte qui grince, impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain entièrement car elle touche le lit due à la petite taille de la chambre

Très bon accueil. Rien à dire sur la propreté. Petit déjeuner varié.
Ces points positifs ne suffisent pas à compenser le négatif :
Manque de serviettes.
Chambre mansardée, petite, literie à revoir(le matelas).
Lors de chaleur caniculaire, pensez vous qu'un simple ventilateur puisse aider à passer une bonne soirée et une nuit réparatrice ?

Pour le prix, je m'attendais à nettement mieux.
Vous devriez annoncer la couleur dans la description de votre hôtel : 3ème étage, mansardée, très petite et pas de clim.
Vous l'avez compris, je ne prendrai plus de réservation dans cet hôtel.
