Ci siamo fermati 6 notti in mezza pensione. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti della posizione strategica nella parte sud del Lago Maggiore. Ottima accoglienza. Estrema disponibilità nel soddisfare le richieste. Camera semplice ma molto funzionale con tutti i confort incluso simpatico terrazzino vista lago. Titolari e collaboratori gentilissimi e molto professionali. Inoltre annesso ristorante e parcheggio comodissimo. Stazione ferroviaria a 50 metri.

The Hotel is nicely finished our room was in the top floor comfortable clean decent size well lit with stylish private facilities. The staff were very helpful. the hotel is further complete with a private parking, a bar open all day. further more the hotel's restaurant offers nice food. but be prepared for a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Enjoy

Hotel confortable et agréable, le personnel est très sympathique et à l'écoute, le wi-fi est très bon, les repas au restaurant sont corrects, il reste toutefois un hotel un peu vieillot qui demande un bon rafraichissement. On est assez bien situé pour aller à Stresa et visiter le magnifique Palais Borroméo

Comodo e discreto. Pulito. Personale gentile e accomodante. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata fedele alla descrizione. Qualche piccolo appunto: il materasso doppio su letto singolo è davvero scomodo e l'insonorizzazione non è eccellente; ma alla fine niente di essenziale che sposti il giudizio nel complesso più che buono

Struttura generalmente di buon livello , spazi adeguati e buon ristorante/ trattoria a prezzi modici. Posizione molto comoda sulla strada e vicina a buoni ristoranti Nella stanza , da segnalare la vasca idromassaggio non funzionante. Pulizia in generale DECISAMENTE da migliorare. presenza di ragnatele in camera e nel bagno in posizioni ben visibili dell'addetto alle pulizie.

Hotel staff is really kind and helpful in any situation. Thanks to the friendly atmosphere during our long stay we felt comfortable and relaxed. Location is really good for exploration of the lake. You can easily get to Arona, Stresa or even Milano. There's a big parking area and near to the train station with good connection to Milano and direction of Domodossola. There is a good restaurant in the hotel and you can find a lot of shops near.

Si può dire che erano quasi gentili...la colazione è debole,tranne l'ottimo caffè. La camera era bella,confortevole. Anche se il treno passa a 20m di distanza non è disturbante,a differenza dei ragazzi con il primo appuntamento nella camera affianco che in quanto si sono sbattuti al muro non mi hanno fatto chiedere gli occhi l'ultima notte.

Nessuna critica da fare. Personale gentile, camere funzionali e ben tenute, tutti i confort presenti. Terrazzino con vista sul lago, cassetta di sicurezza, TV, clima, Lettti comodidsimi e colazione di ottimo livello. La struttura si trova fra la ferrovia e la statale ma posso tranquillamente dire che hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro di insonorizzazione rendendo le camere indenni da qualsiasi rumore. Faccio un'unica segnalazione, la doccia di dimensioni piuttosto contenute, rende problematici i movimenti a persone di una certa statura... Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
