I was not satisfied with the communication between Ctrip and the hotel. I originally booked two nights, but due to a change in itinerary, I needed to go to Rotterdam in advance (I still booked the hotel on Ctrip, and I only had the Ctrip app at the time). When I checked in, I arranged to get a refund for one night. The hotel agreed and arranged to refund me one night's tax and breakfast (not purchased by Ctrip), and Ctrip also agreed to arrange a refund for one night; but due to Ctrip's communication delay, I was unable to get a refund for one night, wasting my money, time and trust in Ctrip; so it feels like the promise at the beginning is not going to work later;

Top service, heating was defective, immediately given another room.
A little less was that we had to pay 12 euros for 2 late macchiato with caramel flavor. I think it's very expensive 🤔

Great hotel on location near Rotterdam. Near the highway. Not much to do in the immediate area, but an excellent base.

Hotelkamer zag er top uit, het personeel is niet heel gastgericht er wordt niet begroet en bij het uitchecken ook niet naar je ervaringen gevraagd. Het ontbijt was prima alleen stonden overal nog vieze borden en geen schoon bestek.

Ik logeer vaker zakelijk in dit hotel. Helaas valt het de afgelopen 2x tegen. Vooral dit keer was echt niet goed. Reservering was met ontbijt maar moest nogmaals apart bij geboekt worden. Kamer heeft een oude badkamer waar druipende vlekken op toilet meubel zitten. Sigaretten gat in gordijn. Diner: Ober was invaller, wist tarief van menu niet en hoe dit opgebouwd was. Dit kan natuurlijk dus geen probleem. 2 gangen menu: carpaccio was erg lekker, helaas was dag speciaal van varkenssate was echt niet goed. Vlees had een vreemd smaakje, veel saté saus waar veel peterselie op zat waardoor deze ook vreemd smaakte atjar had alle kroepoek nat en zuur gemaakt en patat was net niet gaar… helaas was inval ober erg druk. Hij deed z’n best. Ook barman hielp waar hij kon. Hopelijk is het volgende keer beter.. want dan is 30€ voor 2 gangen echt te veel…
