Great hotel, very clean room, love the little treats in the Premier Plus room! Very easy to check in! Great location next to great restaurants! The only thing I can say that was a minus was the parking! As Premier Inn don’t have their own carpark like other sites have. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 1 night in a family room while visiting family. This is definitely one of the better Premier Inn’s we have stayed and the rooms have been modernised which is a bonus. Great location in town and the area around the old brewery is lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. I still think having to pay for premier wifi in this day and age is a bit outdated but that was the only downside and not directly a reflection of this particular hotel.

I stayed here with my son for four nights (my son stayed 2 nights because he had a trip). The room was very big with a double bed and a single bed, everything was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable, I couldn't hear any noises from outside or from other rooms and I was in the first floor which was great. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Excellent location close to the town. The only downside is it was difficult to get hold of any of the members of the staff when I needed to ask them something or collect a parcel I had delivered to the hotel, there was nobody in the desk every time I went there, even when I had to leave my room I just left the keys in a box and left without telling anyone.

A comfortable room and clean bathroom, a decent size and quiet. Check-in should have been through the consoles but they didn't work. Staff were helpful but just occasionally hard to find. Underground parking was tight, not always available (nearby alternatives) and at times difficult to access as no-one answered the electronic system to open the gates. Breakfast was stanrd stuff but not great value.

Nothing was too much trouble and Jason in the kitchen did a sterling job! We arrived not long before the kitchen was shutting but Jason still cooked for us. Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable, particularly the bed. We parked outside but there’s a big car park a stone’s throw away if there are no spaces directly outside the hotel.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE especially from the restaurant/ bar waiter called Colby who was so helpful, approachable, sincere and fun. The vegan linguine was delicious so thank you to Michael -- Especially since he had a bandaged arm! The room was spotless so thank you to housekeeping. Working on a bank holiday weekend is never fun but they are a credit to the company as they were all smiles! Thank you and I hope the company knows your worth.

This is by far the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed at, Prior to staying here I have always had a good experience in Premier Inns, Unfortunately this lets the chain down. There were 2 lifts and only 1 was working, there was no evening meal service as the restaurant was closed. The room was hot and the Air Conditioning didn’t work, the breakfast service was awful, having to wait for food to be bought out and the hotel wasn’t overly busy, and when it was it was cold, overcooked and swimming in grease, would definitely not recommend, Modern day robbery.

Excellent easy self check in service, clean room, comfy bed, great shower. Help yourself to more tea bags, sugar etc for your room at reception. Meal Deal for breakfast and dinner excellent value and the food for both, cooked by the lovely, friendly Jason was lovely. Staff friendly. Quiet nice area, would definitely use this hotel again.
