Very nice hotel, good breakfast, i like the hitel alot, will stay again

Electric car in Miami? In July 2025, I was on vacation with my wife in Florida. I rented an electric car because the Element Miami Doral Area hotel where we were staying had a free guest charge point in the parking lot. Excellent! But I didn't spend $1 on gas thanks to the help of an incredible hotel staff member named Jacqueline Erazo, who was incredibly helpful. To recharge the battery, you need to download the app and create an account. However, since I'm a native visitor from another country, my phone number isn't compatible with creating an account. I tried several different methods, including using the hotel phone number, my cell phone's international e-SIM, and even changing the country/region of my Apple account to create an account to unlock the charging point, but none of it worked. At that point, the kindness and efficiency of the employee, Jacqueline Erazo, came into scene. She downloaded the app on her personal phone and created an account with her number to unlock charging at the charging station. She helped me with three loads, going with me to the parking lot and unlocking the pump so I could enjoy this convenience offered to hotel guests. I saved money and was very pleased with her helpfulness. She could have simply ignored my situation, but she did everything to resolve the issue and help me. A gesture of empathy. Very efficient and dedicated. More than a employee a new friend to me. And she always had a smile on her face. Thank you, Jacqueline. I will return to this hotel because of your kindness and professional attitude.

In July 2025, my husband and I stayed at the Element Miami Doral Area for the second time. We chose to return to the same hotel because of the high-quality facilities and room amenities. I'm writing this review to thank and praise the wonderful service we received from staff member Jacqueline Erazo. Let me explain. We were on the 7th floor, and the elevator button malfunctioned, meaning we had to walk down several flights of stairs to reach the elevator on another floor. But I was six months pregnant, and this was interfering with my travels to and from the hotel. As I passed the front desk, staff member Jacqueline noticed my pregnancy and asked what floor I was on. I replied that it was 7th. She then promptly asked if I would like to change floors to make my commute easier, and I was surprised by her kindness and, above all, by her care and attention to guests. We changed rooms, and this greatly helped my stay. This allowed me to enjoy my visit to Miami more fully. I'm a frequent traveler, and I want to make it clear that I was very pleased with the helpfulness of this employee. It was the first time in dozens of hotels I've stayed at that I've been treated so well. Thank you, Jacqueline, you're a sweet, kind, and generous person. I'll return to this same hotel on my next trip and hope to see you again.
