Hotel que las familias escogen porque ‘es barato y tiene cuartos grandes para reunirse’, pero ahí se queda todo. No es la gran cosa y a la hora de hacer checkout te botan sin chance de disfrutar la piscina ni las amenidades que tampoco sirven (el horno de pizza en la piscina da problemas, ni hielo en los pisos, y si no hay carrito para tus maletas: ‘pues no hay’

Rooms look nothing like the photos shown. Pool is over-crowded because it is shared with the Embassy Suites. Not enough seating around the pool to accommodate guests. The smell of Fabuloso is very strong. The tile floor in the room was so slimy due to not rinsing the Fabuloso off plus the humidity. The carpet squares in the bed area were poorly installed where you can see the gaps. The carpet was so damp we had to wear shoes inside our room. The curtains were stained with I don’t know what but ewww. Our room was not attended to after our first night. We had to go to the front desk for a working coffee pot. It was delivered late in the afternoon and that when we asked for clean towels. We did have a beautiful view and the front desk was friendly which is why we gave 3 stars.

Stayed for 8 days and will definitely stay again. Pool was great and beach access was so nice! We stayed in the king suite so it had a full kitchen, washer dryer, and a jacuzzi bath tub. Building acrossed the street has bowling resturants, golf, and go cart racing.

Very average resort that is attached to the Embassy suites. Room was freezing, complained that thermostat was not working. Air never turned off, ever. They said open the door to let heat in and gave us blankets. We literally sat in the room at night watching tv in long pants and sweatshirts. The humidity in the room make everything feel damp. Phone in the room (3) didn't work so if you needed anything you had to go down to the front desk. employees sent us to restaurants on site that weren't open. Told us to take the taxi sitting at resort, which charged us 2 to 3 times what a uber cost. Didn't tell us that we could walk to the public beach in 10 minutes instead of driving. Beach is not maintained at all. They would take dirty towels but not leave a clean ones Safe in room didn't work, looked like someone had broken into it before. Not a good experience.

Acabo de llegar 26-julio-2024, definitivamente hay que leer los malos reviews para poder escoger un buen lugar para vacacionar. El parking multipisos es horrible. Acabo de llamar para saber como funciona el TV porque se queda encendido pero no hace nada y solo me dijeron que los "ingenieros ya salieron, y vienen a las 7am" o sea que me cobran por un servicio que no me dan. No tienen lugares para desayuno ni cena, hay que salir fuera del hotel. El almuerzo, hay que ver si el pool bar tiene algo bueno. La habitacion tiene neverita q casi ni enfria pero está limpia, un poco de mal olor que debe ser la alfombra porque huele abombau. En la pared del ban̈o hay unos rotos, tambien deben quitar las ban̈eras eso ya no se usa y son bien peligrosas. De verdad que debut y despedida.

I should have known that a 3 star wouldn’t live up to my expectations. Hoped to have a quiet ocean/pool experience. Only families were here with loud kids. Perfect for them. We are seniors and hoped to end our cruise vacation with a enjoyable time.

The room was not ready at 4pm check in and staff was not surprised by this at all. When we finally entered, we found wet tiled floors that had been moped but were still cracked, old and had dirty grout. The carpet in the living area and bedroom is carpet squares of the cheapest kind and look like it had never been shampooed. WEAR flip flops or slippers at all times in the room. The floors are just dirty. The bathroom, OMG the bathroom. Water shoes or flip flops in the shower is an absolute must! The kitchen area had pots that must be 30 years old and we weren’t even provided a sponge. The dishwasher was coming out of the wall and the washer and dryer were absolutely ancient. There is some good though. The bed was comfortable and clean. There is good WiFi and the TVs have many cable channels. The location is perfect. The pools are very nice and there is a small beach area. The pools, like the rest of the property is NOT kept to a hygienic level I’d want but it’s ok. The hot tub, is not one I’d enter though I LOVE hot tubs.
