The resort is clean and spacious. The room is big. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly. We arrived before the check in time but they allowed us into the room
We also extended because the whale watching trip extended but they didnt make us pay extra.
It's about 5 min walk from the Whale watching Registration Office.
I highly recommend.

Friendly staff, checked in an hour early. Bungalow right on the beach, clean and smells nice inside. The hotel grounds are very well maintained. You can order breakfast and dinner, they cook deliciously. Good location - 10 minutes along the beach to Whale Shark Center. The beach near the hotel is quite clean, gradual sandy entrance to the sea.
Cons - no hot water, Wi-Fi only in common areas.

We booked this hotel because of its close location to the Whale Shark Tour - only around a 5 minute walk. The hotel is pretty basic but had everything we needed. There was only a fan in the room (no aircon) and no hot water - this didn’t bother us though a cold shower went down a treat and we would return. Thank you!

You get your own little cabana, which was cute. We opted for the fan room, would recommend splurging for the AC bc the fan is not enough sometimes. Staff was very nice and food was decent. Portions could’ve been better but it was cheap. Close to the whale shark diving center, 10 mins tricycle into town. Very convenient!

Amor farm resort is a lovely & chilled place to stay, the staff are really helpful & will do anything for you, the restaurant has very tasteful food on offer, the staff are happy to cook whatever is on the menu whatever time you decide to rock up to restaurant, wether it's breakfast/lunch/dinner you are after, we arrived here late January (2023) & booked only 3 nights, the weather here hasn't been great, it's been raining a lot since we headed south, the whale shark centre hasn't spotted whale sharks since the 1st Jan, which can't really be helped, due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to extend our stay, hopefully the weather will get better & we can see the whale sharks in their natural environment.
