Kinderhotel Stegerhof

Im Stegerhof passt einfach alles. Freundliches, aufmerksames Service, saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, reichhaltiges, ausgezeichnetes Buffet für Klein und Groß (und Vegetarier) mit 4 Mahlzeiten am Tag, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Bar und Kamin für den Aufenthalt am Abend, Bummelzug zur nahen Kinderschischule und zur Talstation des Sessellifts, ein geräumiger, uriger Schistall, Streichelzoo und Hallenbad mit Erlebnisbad für die Kleinen und Saunalandschaft mit chilligem Ruheraum für die Großen und das Alles im zauberhaften Donnersbachwald wo neben dem Schigebiet Riesneralm (klein und exquisit, aber groß genug für ein paar abwechslungsreiche Schitage mit Pisten von Blau bis Schwarz) Platz geblieben ist für Natur pur - zum Beispiel bei einer Bergwanderung zum Mörsbachwirt mit anschließender Rodelfahrt bergab. Tradition und Zeitgemäßes (wie die Ladestation für E-Autos) bilden eine gelungene Einheit. Klingt nach Werbeeinschaltung ist aber ehrliches Feedback von Gästen, die einfach immer wieder gerne kommen. We became aware of this great hotel through a recommendation. This is the most beautiful hotel in the area, with lots of untouched nature all around. We can only report the most positive things: HOTEL FACILITIES: Beautiful hotel with a large children's playground, trampoline, bouncy castle, children's bikes/go-karts, outdoor pond with sunbathing areas, indoor pool and wellness area. Hotel area and rooms are always very clean. The hotel consists of 3 houses - we stayed in the oldest house ("Oim house"). This is very rustic - which we like. Separate bedrooms for children and parents, separate bathroom and toilet, balcony. The only downside in the Oim house: no lift. CHILDCARE: very great and very dedicated. In the morning the children always go outside (e.g. to the adventure playground, look for sparkling stones, family hiking day, ...), in the afternoon they play and do handicrafts. There is also childcare in the evenings from 7pm to 8pm so that parents can eat in peace. A highlight is the free swimming lessons for children that are offered. There is also a lot on offer for parents: yoga, archery, e-mountain biking, free bowling alley and billiards, a small fitness room, books and a games corner for young and old. CUISINE: Full board in perfection. Top breakfast buffet, two dishes for lunch, afternoon snack and a gourmet buffet in the evening. That really leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee, tea and non-alcoholic drinks are included in the price. The staff - starting with the "chef-leit" is very nice and tried hard. We were thrilled and can only warmly recommend the hotel!
