just my opinion but in no way is this a four star hotel .clean ,decent sized room and that is where the positive comments come to an end .not sure where the photos of the food were taken in some of theses reviews but our food was a million miles away from them .dinner was joke ,luke warm what looked like left overs ,plenty of chips ...group of us so they were obviously aware of the numbers to expect but no where near enough for us all .the dessert need a microscope to spot it on the plate ,breakfast was just as abysmal .i should have guessed what type of welcome we would get when we turn up at the hotel and there are a flight of stairs for us to lug our cases up to get to reception .only good thing about it was it was easy to walk in to the delightful town and get something decent to eat.i will not be returning, that is not the way to treat visitors and i would not recommend in fact i would say avoid ..

C’est une des premières fois où je ne mange pas à ma faim dans un voyage parce que c’est absolument immangeable. Je n’ai presque rien mangé au souper ni au déjeuner . J’ai pris un morceau de viande t’aidasse que je n’ai pu identifier tant c’était salé…je n’ai pas mangé. Les légumes étaient soient en bouillis car trop cuits, ou dures car pas assez cuits. Les desserts…une pâte mouillée avec une couche de fruits écrasés à l’intérieur que je ne peux identifiée car sans goût et d’u e texture dégueulasse. Il y avait aussi 2 saveurs de crème glacée et des raisins en peine de fraîcheur. Peu de choix, nourriture à peine tiède . Décor de la salle à manger digne d’un restaurant où l’on ne veut pas entrer. Le chauffe serviette ne fonctionne pas , le wifi fonctionne par moments, la lumière dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Présence d’une épaisse couche de moisissures dans le bain douche. Les rideaux cachent les murs décrépits. Sur le site, la photo de la terrasse est falsifiée ainsi que celle de la salle à manger et des chambres qui sont embellies. Hôtel médiocre.

Péssimo serviço ! Hotel dividido por uma estrada movimentada, o que não facilita . Quartos de um lado da estrada, e serviços do hotel do lado oposto !… Quartos limpos, com casa de banho mal concebida ! Ao tomar banho molhamos a casa de banho toda, duche com falta de proteção!, aliás sinais de degradação na madeira da porta, exatamente por isso ! Do nosso grupo, a maior parte dos quartos sem ar condicionado a funcionar … Coincidimos com um outro grupo, logo as refeições ( jantar e pequeno-almoço) foram caóticas Hotel sem preparação para grupos !… Falta de comida, não reposição ! Ingá estrutura pequena para tanta gente … Até o pessoal era antipático !

Quartos com problemas de acesso para pessoas com dificuldades motoras, ar condicinado não funciona, empregados sem simpatia nenhuma. Sem capacidade de resolver problemas que lhes ponham. Variedade de comida pouca e sem qualidade. A não voltar.

Pessimo servico. A reserva nao foi o que pedimos, o ar condicionado nao funciona. Atendimento pessimo. Propuseram uma cama desmontavel para substuir uma cama normal. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e não deram solução. Quando finalmente acederam, o ar condicionado não funcionava e não deram outra solução senão aguentar. Péssimo

Location was great for us as we were sailing in Croatia. Walking distance to marina and beautiful old town of Trogir. Hotel was clean and provided a nice breakfast. Staff was very nice and accommodating
