Our spacious Seaside Holiday Villa boasts fantastic views of the sea and surrounding mountains and is ideal for both families and groups of up to 8 people.With its modern, spacious open-plan living area and four ensuite bedrooms, this stone villa is perfectly situated in Orahovac, a small fishing village with a picturesque beach just 20 metres away. There are two excellent restaurants nearby which we can personally recommend.The villa is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, duvets and blankets for the winter months. All bedrooms have their own shower rooms, and balconies. The two double rooms have a sea view, and the twin room has a mountain and sea view. On the ground floor we have a family room, King-size bed & small double sofa bed with own Bathroom, bath/ shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine.The whole house is yours to use during your stay except the garage.During your stay Ana our agent will be able to arrange anything or sort out any problems for you.Orahovac is a picturesque fishing village situated in a small hamlet on the Bay of Kotor between Kotor and Perast. The village has two small shops open in the summer season and one open most of the winter for basic essentials.
