I booked this hotel because it's new, and I was pleasantly surprised by the lobby – it's incredibly upscale. The front desk even upgraded my room. The service was excellent; they helped with my luggage, opened the elevator, guided me through check-in, and even delivered my luggage to my room. It was better than the service I've experienced at five-star hotels. The hotel's public areas are beautiful and photogenic. The room was also very clean, which is rare; I definitely choose newer hotels. The entire room has smart devices, even the toilet, and wireless phone charging. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the freshly made wontons, which were fantastic – my child ate quite a lot. Also, I noticed the hotel has underfloor heating throughout, which will be very comfortable in winter. I'll bring the kids back during winter break. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations and deserves a rave review.

This hotel is directly opposite the Hengdian Dream Bund, the location is too convenient! The environment is particularly good, the pool outside is beautiful, and the photo is exceeded in the evening. However, the interior of the room is indeed a bit small, and the activity space after the luggage is not large. But the overall price is good, it is very convenient to go to the Bund to play, recommended to friends who want to stay nearby.
