"Excellent! Clean, quiet, and full of character. We visited in April, and the room had an antique charm. The front window overlooked a large garden, and the corridor was right next to Lilac Street, offering close-up views of the Sanyuanli architecture and distant views of the Ming and Qing Dynasty courtyards. The hotel is near the North Gate, very close to the Bell Tower, which makes it super convenient for catching various shows. We could even pop back to the room for a quick rest if we got tired. The breakfast spread was fantastic. Absolutely wonderful!"

"The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The staff couldn't speak English, but we managed to communicate using a translation app, and they were very kind. There were issues with the facilities. Who would think the refrigerator switch is on the wall? It turned off every time we left, making the refrigerator pointless. Also, the air conditioner was broken and didn't blow warm air. Fortunately, they brought us a fan heater, so we managed to stay warm."

"I took the elderly out to play. I contacted the hotel in advance and received a professional reception from the assistant manager in the lobby, Ms. Fang. I felt the long-lost high-end service of the Radisson Plaza brand. It is different from the cold and restrained international brands, and it is more standardized and considerate than most Dongyang local hotels. Coupled with the hotel's advanced and comfortable hardware and atmosphere, it was really a pleasant stay experience. ."

"I booked the same hotel twice, and next time, I'm in Hengdian, I'll do it for the third time. Great location, you see the Qin Palace from your hotel room (there are also cafes and small restaurants near by, plus Lawson). "Fantastic location! Just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was even cleaner than I expected, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! The front desk lady was incredibly warm, like an old friend. She even upgraded us to a family room when she saw we had a child and hand-drew a map of the surrounding area. "The front desk staff provided excellent service, which I was very happy with! However, the room photos on the booking page showed the windows covered by curtains, so their actual size wasn't clear. Also, it's quite inconvenient that the underground parking only recognizes license plates for entry, and you have to call the front desk every time you want to exit. Adding to that, the road leading to the entrance and exit is already very narrow."

"Room is big, aircon is great, bathroom is a bit dirty and I was given a ragged old towel for the first night. Not a major issue, I used it has a bath mat has none wwre provided.. walls arent very soundproof, if your neighbours are yelling, you can hear them. Location is excellent, around the corner from the main strip of restaurants, shops, night market, luckin coffee, starbucks, kfc, maccas, bus stop and yellow taxi stand. Theres not many taxis around, didi seems more common for this area. Its 30min walk to dream valley or 12 yuan taxi ride. For the price, its really good value to stay here. Would recommend."

"I stayed for two days and was very satisfied! 👍 Here's my experience:
1. Parking was a breeze. There's a large, free parking lot behind the hotel.
2. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was polite and enthusiastic. He even gave us some complimentary fried dough twists.
3. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was as comfortable as my own at home. I especially loved the bay window; after breakfast, I'd go back to the room and lie on it to sunbathe – so comfy and great for getting some vitamin D! 😜
4. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and the ingredients were fresh and hygienic. My favorite was the millet cake.
Finally, a suggestion for the hotel: please put noise-reducing covers on the chairs in the restaurant. During peak breakfast hours, the constant scraping of chairs was quite dreadful! 😱"

DDianePDXWe are two friends who traveled to Hengdian to visit the Hengdian studio parks since we are huge c-drama fans. We chose Hampton because we knew the quality would be there and it's a newer hotel which means the facilities would be nice. We had a terrific stay. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We even received parting gifts of Hengdian refrigerator magnets when we checked out. They are super cute! The breakfast had great selection, staff was attentive and came by to clear dishes, cups frequently. The buffet area staff also took the time to explain items and how to eat certain things since some of the food were items we had never eaten before. We were very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience at Hampton. There are also plenty of food options just across and around the corner from the hotel. I would say the hotel is conveniently located with many food options within walking distance and an easy taxi/didi ride away from all the parks. Our priority was to stay in an area with easy food options (within walking distance) as we had read reviews that many of the park hotels had limited food options close by. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here when/if I come back to Hengdian!

XXiaomaoyuI rarely stayed in a homestay when I went out to play before. I accidentally brushed this one. It was very close to the attractions and the room type was very suitable. I hesitated to book one night. I didn't expect to be too satisfied! The long-haired lady with glasses at the front desk is very nice, warm and gentle! The room is suitable for a family of three, and adult children are also suitable! The child likes the small room behind the curtain, independent space, and the bed is still big! The floor heating is very sufficient, and it is very warm when entering the room. The facilities are complete and the location is reasonable. Speaking of the bed, I felt that the bed in the hotel was very soft before. Compared with this homestay, the bed was tight and flexible, especially in line with my requirements! I slept very soundly all night and really felt like sleeping at home. I should try the homestay in the future, very good! There were too few photos in the room. I felt very satisfied as soon as I entered. I was a little excited. I forgot to take it. Haha 😄 This homestay is only a few minutes away from Dream Valley and Qin Palace. The location is not bad.

SShenqianyiThe room was very spacious, a two-bedroom suite with a nice small living area, perfect for spreading out all the takeout food. It's super close to Qin Huang Palace, just across the street, and there are many costume rental shops nearby. It was clean, hygienic, and the service was good. Plus, there's free parking and charging stations available. Plenty of places to eat around as well.

For example,1) i called 230am, they still respond and fixed things, 2) i not used to their toothpaste, they bought a new colgate for me! 3) I not used to their chinese tea, they bought a box of twinning english breakfast teabags just for me!, 4) i not used to the local food, they ordered mcdonald for me and make a tea and brought up to my room, 5) i coughing on the 6th day, the boss bought a cough candy (chuan pei pi ba gao candy ) for me ! , 6) i washed my cloths in their washing machine and mentioned no drying function and within 3 days they bought a cloths drying machine ! Wow! The best ! Only weakness is their chinese breakfast i not used to so i do not eat.

PPulatuotutuhaThis is my third time in Hengdian, but my first stay at the Guomao Hotel.
**Pros:** Excellent location, a four-star hotel with great management and service. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is varied and plentiful, and soundproofing is good. The bedding is just right, not too thick or too thin.
**Cons:** The drainage isn't great. The showerhead is fixed to the wall and can't be adjusted, which isn't ideal for kids. The showerhead itself is a bit old-fashioned, and I didn't like the spray pattern. The light switches aren't labeled, so for someone forgetful like me, I had to turn them all on one by one to figure out which switch controlled which light (this could easily be fixed with stickers). While I understand a large hotel can't just renovate on a whim, the hairdryer definitely needs an upgrade.
Despite the cons, the staff were all very welcoming, and they even gave a gift to my child when we checked out.
I didn't see the 'welcome fruit' that was advertised as a special feature. Also, the room booked on Trip.com indicated floors 4-6, but we were assigned the very last room on the 16th floor. As for why I didn't ask the front desk to change rooms? I was simply too tired and lazy.

GGuest UserStayed in this hotel again after the combo tickets ended. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Could see Qinwang Palace and Dream Valley from the room. The non-smoking room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and had many varieties including some western food. Unlimited water bottles for guests. I also tried their free suan-mei soup which was very tasty. Laundry facility included a washer, a washer/dryer combo and space for hanging dry clothes. It took about 3 hours to dry clothes in the dryer.

CCouqimiaoThis was the best hotel I stayed at in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region during my trip, and I slept wonderfully. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but suffice it to say, all the facilities are very new. Because I have high standards for soundproofing, the young lady at the front desk, Ms. Deng, was very patient in helping me choose a room, and the cleaning auntie was also very friendly. The soundproofing inside the room is excellent; even though it's on the same floor as the restaurant, it wasn't noisy at all. The hotel is right opposite the Huating Night Market, and there's a convenient pick-up/drop-off point right at the entrance. It's only 3 kilometers from scenic spots, about a 10 yuan taxi ride. My only minor suggestion is that it would be better if the glass door in the bathroom could extend all the way to the ceiling to block out any occasional unpleasant odors (chuckles~).

The toilets are separated into wet and dry areas. The bar staff checked us in very efficiently and helped us with our luggage. The hotel service is good. I will choose this hotel next time. The welcome snacks were sent when I checked in and tasted great. The children were very happy~

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was lovely very clean, modern, and spacious, with a window overlooking the city that added a nice touch. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the subway station, which made it easy to get around. The International Trade City was only three stops away, which was perfect for my needs.
One of the best parts was the extra amenities they had a laundry room with free detergent, which was so thoughtful and helpful. I’ve had mixed experiences with hotels in Guangzhou, but in Yiwu, I ended up extending my stay here for four more days because the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond, even helping me book taxis when I couldn’t use Alipay.
