住了4天，整體感覺還可以。早餐不是自助的，一人一份的日式早餐，很可愛。酒店坐落在廣州街內，有接駁車接送（全天）酒店至廣州街北門。打車一定要打到北門，南門很是偏遠。另外，所有廣州街內的酒店，都是一個前台。
設施：日式風，還可以。不算老舊，但是地毯有些臟。
衞生：可以打掃的算很乾凈的了，不過我還是會自己打掃一遍。
服務：工作人員有些還算熱情吧，比如餐廳的大姐就很好。前台服務態度就一般了，不熱情也不冷淡，有問必答，也笑臉相迎，衹是感受不到洋溢的熱情。可以理解的，每天接待大量遊客，回答同樣的問題，肯定是會精神上麻木的。另外前台工作量太大，感覺他們忙不過來，我定了房之後給他們打電話，她們説➕微信，有問題隨時諮詢，但是回覆信息太慢了。而且沒有強調一定要到北門，我就跑到了南門，在那還看到另一個住店客人，也是奏錯到了南門。雖然酒店也可派車來接，但是還是麻煩。

廣州街玩是很方便，但是晚上小朋友人在床上坐，床上燈的底座掉下來一半…嚇死還好是紙糊的…如果是巖板那種硬的就砸到小朋友了…問酒店要了嬰兒床和床圍，直接放房間…還要自己搬嬰兒床到床邊…裝床圍…房間設施感覺很久沒有維護過，早上起床看見大蜘蛛……真是新奇的體驗……最後給我換房了，還是自己提的要求…

整體感覺不錯，帶景區的性價比也很高，衹是蟲子稍微有點多，畢竟木質結構，也能理解。 早餐質量相對比較差，不太合口味。

酒店服務熱情，前台小七很有耐心幫顧客解決問題，酒店總枱對面就是停車場，非常方便，下午和晚上還有表演節目，娃們體驗了一場真人npc
