酒店性價比很高，房間非常乾淨，服務也很周到，特別是前台小姐姐陳子怡特別熱情，讓人感到很温馨，下次如果有幾個還會再選擇這裏的，出門就是高速路口，交通十分方便，酒店都早餐也非常好吃，品種特別多，值得點贊。

整個酒店蠻大的，配備了高爾夫球場，靶場，體驗了多種設施，電動車，湖心遊船，巨大的童玩中心。餐食很棒，早餐具備當地特色，環境優美，交通便利。小童用品齊全，非常好。

非常愉快的一次體驗，酒店綠樹環繞，設施齊全，前台的小姐姐和負責大堂的小姐姐小哥哥都非常真誠熱情。
最重要的是對寵物非常友好，貼心的準備了寵物用品，和定製的蛋糕！ 是今年住過的4家寵物友好5星酒店裡感受最好的。
p.s 酒店的餐廳也很值得推薦。

酒店好大，青山綠水環境超好，種了很多瓜果蔬菜可以採摘，可惜這個季節衹有獼猴桃，小朋友摘得很開心。童玩中心很大，家裡一個10歲一個三歲娃，都玩得不亦樂乎。中餐廳和農家菜都很好吃，東陽沃麪，炒蔬菜都很香。套鵝遊戲很好玩，就是套不到，哈哈。工作人員都很好，前台小姐姐很甜美，服務仔細周到。總之非常滿意，下次還來。

一家非常不錯的酒店，房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，親子項目豐富。童樂園簡直可以用巨大形容，除了常規的滑梯海洋球，還有運動設施。酒店員工陳子怡的熱情服務，令人感到十分温馨。餐廳吃了酒店內的中餐廳和旁邊的農家樂，味道都不錯，價格也比較實惠。中秋基本沒有溢價，還有做月餅、猜燈謎的活動，一晚根本不夠玩，一家人來度個假實在太香了。小朋友念念不忘，下次估計還要來。

第一次入住鳳凰谷酒店，酒店很大，裏面有泳池健身房，農家樂，孔雀園，蔬菜水果採摘應有盡有，環境優美，房間衞生很乾凈，特別是前台呂麗服務特別好，對我所提出的問題都很有耐心的幫我們解答，早餐也很豐富，總體來説是比較滿意的，下次還會來住
