這次住棲谷野奢帳篷酒店的體驗真的超出預期！前台小姐姐們特別熱情，辦理入住時耐心解答了我們各種問題，笑容特別有感染力。
最驚喜的是管家羣服務，不管是問附近的遊玩路線，還是想加床被子，消息發出去總能秒回，響應速度快得讓人安心。前幾天下雨，管家還特意在羣裏提醒我們路滑注意安全，甚至主動問要不要幫忙送傘，這種細節太戳人了～
退房的時候還收到了酒店準備的伴手禮，是夏季小禮品，滿滿都是心意。整體住下來感覺特別舒服，像在朋友家一樣自在，下次來肯定還選這裏！

房間住的非常滿意，工作人員也都非常熱情，酒店的環境非常好，非常適合一家人出遊，在山谷裏享受生活，入住酒店還免費贈送水樂園門票，夏天正適合玩水，非常不錯，雖説是山谷裏，但是吃飯和外賣也都非常方便，入住酒店還有歡迎水果贈送，等秋冬天的時候再來體驗，非常推薦。
