It's a big and new hotel. It's clean and hygienic. The large glass windows are very bright. You can see the Qin Palace outside the window. It's just a few steps away. The location is very good and very quiet. I stayed here for two days and it was very comfortable. There are also beautiful rooms on the first floor. There is a small yard to dry clothes. The boss was very nice. He allowed us to check in early and upgraded the room. Sometimes he even helped us and gave some travel advice. And it was so cheap. It was the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in!

Due to a temporary schedule delay, we were unable to check in smoothly. The boss was very kind and contacted our family members to reserve a phone number. He also helped us keep our luggage the next day and took care of it so we could have fun. We will choose this store again if we go there again.

The room is very good, the facilities are quite new, clean and hygienic; the landlord is also very nice. Not only did he tell us how to avoid pitfalls when eating outside Hengdian, but the air conditioner in the room we stayed in had a problem, and he immediately arranged for us to switch to a higher-end hotel. We were not asked to pay the price difference for the room; in addition, the hotel is quite close to attractions such as Qin Palace and Dream Valley. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. After visiting an attraction in the morning, we can walk back to catch up on a nap and continue shopping in the afternoon---- After staying in Hengdian for the past few days, the family of three felt that their stay was quite comfortable. When I finally left, I asked my son how he would rate his stay over the past few days, and he gave it a 99 points!
