There were many cases where the hotel did not have receptionists, staff, or owners, and there were many times when I couldn't contact them. For some reason, there was a noisy person working until midnight near the room I was first guided to. I moved him to another room immediately after that.
The owner's person and attitude are not bad, but the satisfaction is low because the hotel management is not done at all.

The room was clean and well equipped. I stayed for one night. The staff in the middle specially came to supplement the daily necessities. I repeatedly asked if I needed to take out the garbage. Someone may often bring a live snail back to the hotel. The bathroom is somewhat smelly. The exhaust needs to come often.

I especially want to praise the beautiful and handsome waiter in the hotel. The handsome waiter saw that we had a lot of luggage with our children and took the initiative to deliver the luggage to the room. The beautiful waiter upgraded us to a room type so that we could see Mong Street in Vietnam from the window. Seeing that we are giving two extra bottles of mineral water to our children every day. I saw Vietnam across the river from the room. I lay in bed and watched the sunrise. The view from the 35th floor The scenic platform has a 365-degree view of Mong Cai and Dongxing in Vietnam. It feels great and the breakfast is also good. In short, it is a pleasant stay. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Dongxing.

KKai87It's a pretty good accommodation experience. The hotel is very close to the hospital. There are also several places to eat nearby. It's a bit far from attractions and bus rides. It's about 1 km away, which is within the acceptable range.
The hygiene is also good, no smell, and the cleaning is very timely. Because I live in a windowless room, the room is a bit damp.
The soundproofing is not very good. There was someone staying next door at 11pm, so I could hear the conversation clearly.

AAnonymous UserLocation is 2 mins walk from Bus Terminal/ 950m from Dong Xing Port. Just a 600m walk to reach Town Central for Tourists must-see and Malls. Bus stop is just front of the hotel. Room is very spacious and clean comes with private bathroom, AC works well and TV is with signals for local channel. Wifi is of good speed and hot shower is always available. Staff at lobby is friendly and has a drinking water dispenser at lobby as well. Safe for solo female traveller.
