The children were also very happy when they played in the swimming pool. When it was time to clean the room the next day, I was angry. It happened after ten o'clock, so we went to the front desk and said that cleaning the room only requires changing bath towels and collecting garbage. The front desk promised that we would wait until noon and no one had cleaned it for us. According to my observation, all the check-out rooms had been cleaned, so we just waited. We waited until two o'clock in the afternoon and no one came to clean. We went to the front desk to talk about this problem. They said that cleaning would be done at four o'clock. We understand that there are many people staying in the B&B and there are not enough cleaning staff. When it was five o'clock, no one came to clean. We went to the front desk again and asked about this. When we asked for water, the elder sister didn't know where to go. In the morning, when we went to the front desk to talk about cleaning, we saw that the room price at the front desk was dozens of yuan cheaper than what we booked on Ctrip. We consulted Ctrip about this matter and Ctrip refunded us the price difference. I don’t know if it is because of this reason that the B&B has not cleaned the room for us. Why do we keep asking for cleaning? Because the child went to the swimming pool and needed a bath towel to wrap it up. The bath towels from the first day were already available. How can such a wet service make people come back next time?
