開了個套房，衹配了一張房卡很不方便，因幾年前住過一次，離海邊幾十米，抱着滿懷期待住的，結果失落而歸，本來要連住的，最終被現實打敗，一台空調晚上不製冷，那酸爽不用説，大家都知道，希望多多改進

入住先是安排了一間未收拾的房間給我們，反饋後換了一間，進去布草也是打掃佈置不到位的，礦泉水沒有、衞生間紙巾是用到一半掛着沒換新的，洗漱用品也是放得很隱蔽找半天。電視也打不開……最最無語的是沒下雨沒颱風的好天氣，睡到5點左右整棟樓停電了，是停幾秒來幾秒那種，空調和走廊的應急燈隔幾秒響一次，完全睡不了，又吵又熱！！！打前台電話打了N個沒人接，從10樓走樓梯下1樓，得到的回答是“處理不了，我不是電工”我去了，你不是電工你是酒店的人員吧？你不應該協調處理麼？住宿費是你收的吧？難道我的住宿費是給電工的麼？要我自己去找電工處理？！就這樣輕飄的一句話打發客人的麼？態度好點我還沒那麼生氣，本來睡不了還得受氣，真的是服氣了！！！然後到上午八點多電工才來處理，九點後才有電。大家避雷吧！

房間太太小了，廁所燈光太暗了，馬桶沉澱了一圈污垢，床單有點不乾淨，太悶了，隔音也不好哦，吵吵鬧鬧的一晚上，壓根睡不好。
衞生方面希望有所改變…

床是1.5的床，但是因為當天入住的人比較多，我們定了一個麻將房説可以一起打麻將，結果前台説麻將機是壞的，因為被小孩子玩不見了，花了300定的這個房間，不能用，問能不能退，説不能退，如果不能打麻將為什麼還要收比其他房價貴一百多，然後就説房間要大一些，結果房間就大了一個放麻將機的位置，這裏優勢離海邊近，出前台步行2分鐘就到海邊了，平時的房價估計也就一百出頭，不過服務是真的不好，就是私人的自家房子修的酒店，7樓的房間層高估計衹有2.2米，很壓抑！然後海景房就是後院的看着一個角落的池塘就是海景房了！
