老闆娘明事理，在前期溝通都有積極解決房間及床墊問題，但在直接更換了一個床墊後過了些許時間才發現另一個床墊也有問題，出於五一期間酒店繁忙考慮沒要求更換，可是次日因為床墊問題休息不好導致第二天起晚了想要延長退房時間卻被前台小姐姐在沒有了解情況下就直接拒絕並稱要加80塊才能延長，住過那麼多酒店沒見過張口就什麼都要加錢的，體驗感極差。衞生方面也也很敷衍，地上很多沙子。#服務前台小姐姐服務很冷漠#衞生地上很多沙子#停車有免費停車場
