優點：酒店環境挺好，服務也好，特別是前台小姐姐漂亮熱情，地理位置靠近國門，可以滿足遊客需求。
缺點：與酒店合作的旅行社不靠譜（名稱應該是：山海觀-國際遊；項目是：越南芒街市一日遊），被坑1900人民幣（越南免税店，託兒，賣中葯；事先問多重堅決不告知，一味的要打成粉，打成粉堅決不退，説什麼中國人欺負越南人，都是中國人騙中國人，後續在交涉下退還1600，扣留300手續費。希望後續遊客引以為戒，不花冤枉錢。

房間的地理位置很好，步行就可以到達想去的景點，房間乾淨衞生比預期的大，河對面就是越南的芒街，在口岸的街市買了好多越南特產。

設施：快十年的酒店了，基本沒做什麼大的裝修，所以房間設施還是10年前的風格，設施也比較老舊，特別是沒有密封窗，還是比較吵的。我的那間房窗户還是壞的，關不緊。
衞生：尚能接受
環境：離國門景區很近，走幾步就到了。建議各位選擇靠路邊的房間，靠後的房間因為底下的水泵，會很吵。大早上附近的住户還會敲鑼打鼓唱戲，還唱的很難聽。

酒店房間不是很大，走到口岸估計10幾分鐘，位置還算可以，為什還蠻乾淨的，就是這馬桶漏水，漏的到處都是，另外停車不是很方便，要靠搶，晚了可能就沒位置了
