The hotel service is very good and responsive. The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, the toilet flushes automatically, the shower has a strong flow, the bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows are the most satisfactory among all the hotels I have stayed in. The hotel has an underground parking lot with convenient access. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good, which should be a common problem in major hotels. I will stay at Atour again next time.

The front desk staff is very efficient, check the information, the whole process does not exceed 5 minutes, and also intimately asks if you need a pillow or extra towel, the details are full of care.
The room was even more pleasant, the layout of the 30 square meters was reasonable, and there was no cramp. The quality of the bed is excellent, the bedding is fluffy and soft, lying on it like trapped in the clouds, and the soundproofing of the room is particularly good. At night, I can't hear the noise of the corridor or the street at all, and I wake up naturally. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water supply is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, the toiletries are a faint flower fragrance, and the feeling of use is very good.
The most unexpected thing is breakfast. I thought that the breakfast of the hotel chain was similar. I didn't expect that there were more than 10 kinds of hot dishes. The Chinese style of porridge, noodles, buns and other Chinese breakfasts were complete. The taste was far more than expected. The food was particularly satisfying.
The location of the hotel is also very convenient, there are supermarkets, restaurants and subway stations within 10 minutes walk, it is very convenient for business trips or tourism. Stayed for two nights, every day when I went out, the room aunt would take the initiative to say hello. When I came back, the room was cleaned up, and even the scattered charging cables were sorted out. This meticulous service is really too much.

1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected.
The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds!
I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights.
The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer.
Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.
