下午3點多還不讓入住，理由是衞生沒搞完，前台態度差，沒有電梯要爬樓梯，位置偏遠，周圍沒有餐飲，房間內有異味，與宣傳圖差了十萬八千里

大家來東山島真的避雷這家酒店！我們訂了兩晚的標間，總體來説體驗非常之差！首先説説酒店的設施，酒店是沒有電梯的，我們當時住五樓，每天上下跑就累的半死，更何況當時還拿着巨重的行李箱。而且酒店的熱水器上面寫的是洗10分鐘會斷30分鐘的，大家慎重！其次，我們最不滿意的就是酒店的服務態度，當時由於房間的紙巾和衣架不夠，讓前台拿上來，前台撒謊説人手不夠讓我們自己下去拿，結果下到樓下去，發現明明就有兩個人，根本不是人手不夠，純粹是不想給我們送上來。最後，説一下衞生問題，衞生打掃的也不是很乾凈，尤其是衞生間。總而言之，大家如果覺得位置便利勝過一切可以考慮，其他的話真的避雷。

#位置交通位置離南門灣有點距離，酒店周邊沒有吃飯的，要走--段路去銅陵鎮吃。衞生不好，枕頭和床單都有發黃的斑點。價格也貴，不明白350的酒店沒有電梯!!#房間設施不行，衞生間沒有地巾，地很滑，害我在衞生間門口摔了一跤，整個人側面着地，一下痛死我了，右小腿還有一條血痕，害得我第二天遊玩小腿都還是痛的!!下去前台投訴，結果上來一個人就簡單問一下，給了一條毛巾就完事了，就這處理結果?如果是老年人摔一-跤呢?服了!這價格對這酒店就是坑!還有服務，太差，我們早起四點多去看日出的，回來8點了，就在補覺，結果11點左右我們還沒醒，就有服務人員-直在敲門，忍不了起來後和她説暫時不用打掃，然後下午出去的時候特意和前台説了一下房間可以打掃了，結果晚上回來一看根本沒打掃，這服務也是太差!不推薦這酒店，別來!

沒有電梯，六樓自己拎行李箱爬上去，空調非常吵，像拖拉機，不會給住客任何方便，處理問題冷漠，寸步不讓，中途涉及換房間，通知了早上、中午兩次換，從景點回來又説換不了，讓等，完全不能協調好再通知。
