房間看起來很新，裝修簡約風格，海景房能看到大海，還是比較值的，一棟樓有兩個電梯不用等，出小區就有電動車很方便，小區門衞處租電動車的小哥哥們人也很好。

非常適合親子出遊，房間很大大大的窗户落地窗面對整片海景，真的太美了！走過去海灘大概10分鐘，小孩子很喜歡。

小區位置很好，離金鑾灣很近，停車位豐富，停車費也便宜，房間可以直接看到海，綜合硬件配置也很棒，適合自駕來東山島玩的住宿。

來了東山島四天，住了三晚，這裡是性價比最高的一間房了，帶冰箱和浴缸，夏天出行有冰箱可太爽了，浴缸也配了一次性泡澡袋，孩子在家還在念叨着那個浴缸。小區也很方便，門口租車、小吃攤、大排檔啥都有，位置處於金鑾灣和彩蝶灣中間，所以去哪都方便，我們還在金鑾灣抓到了幾衹小螃蟹！因為説房間可以看日出，我看了下的確可以，我住這天多雲還下雨了，拍到一點點，景色真挺美的。
