4 kali sudah repeat stay sini. Memang best, selesa. Car park pun banyak so senang parking. The best best best part is their food! We ordered for breakfast, mee goreng siam and sandwich croissant. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hotel is price-affordable and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice. Recommend those who want to live near the airport. However, somehow there are some religious ceremonies, the music keep playing outside even in the early morning which is quite frustrating.

The room was comfortable, but there were a couple of areas for improvement. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite low, which made showers a bit frustrating. Additionally, the towels had a bit of a smell, which could be addressed. The cleanliness, equipment, facilities and service are good.. but there is a but. I can't sleep because there is a disturbance in the room.. understand.. I mean.. the shower knows how to turn on itself, the lights know how to turn off, things like that in the room. .horror ohh

Cleanliness a bit off.. kitchenware kinda oily. You need to re-wash before using it. On the other hand, the kitchen quite good, multicooker, refrigerator, microwave were provided. Set up like a minibar. Room space is spacious. Amenitites complete. Very good view from the window. You can see paddy field, and also sea view. The hotel also near to plaza 88.. you can get the best dessert at ‘Dear Friends’ dessert cafe.. the price also reasonable.

Good customer service. Staff is really helpful. They provide so many amenities that you can use like gym, swimming pool (had to wear proper clothes to enter), sauna, playground for kids and many more. They have free parking underground or you can rent parking space on ground floor. Will sure to check this place again if I ever come to Kota Kinabalu again.
