To be honest, it's terrible. It wasn't this bad when I lived in Semporna. The water was either cold or hot, not accurate at all. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided. The air conditioner was still an old-fashioned one and the temperature could not be adjusted. I'm really impressed.

The location is far from the airport if you need a place for a connecting flight. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Surprised to find cockroaches in the room & toilet.
