I booked this hotel randomly when I was rushing to Lianyungang during the May Day holiday. The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and solved the problem in a timely manner. The breakfast was very rich and the children ate very well. I personally think that the decoration and facilities of the hotel are too old. I dare not touch anything, for fear that it will break into pieces if I touch it. The boss should spend some money to clean it up, otherwise people will think that cheating the deposit is also part of the hotel's income.

The room is clean, well soundproofed and has no smoke smell. I often don’t sleep well when I go out. The ergonomic pillow in the hotel is really a surprise. The quality of my sleep improves instantly. There are washing machines and dryers available, so you don't need to bring too many clothes. The front desk staff has good service, the cleaning staff are very enthusiastic, and they can collect items purchased online. Breakfast is average, just fine for two people. There is no refrigerator in the room, so you can only borrow ice on the first floor. There is no rental point for bicycles or electric vehicles nearby, anyway, I didn’t find any. I will choose Crystal City Hotel next time I visit again.

actually this is one of my favorite hotels, but this time I feel messed up.. the service at the reception from the first day was very troublesome, and on the last day my bathroom glass cracked, and they just sent a cleaner to look at it and didn't apologize or try to fix it, then I went downstairs and they just said, oh then do you want to change rooms? even though the glass is very big and I think it would be very dangerous if it broke and hit someone around it

Let me first say the good things: 1: When the car stopped at the door of the hotel and saw us getting off with our luggage, someone came to help us carry our luggage! 2: When the robot cannot deliver the takeaway in time, the hotel staff will also help to deliver it as soon as possible. The service attitude is very good! Let’s talk about the shortcomings: 1: The restaurant staff should strengthen their training. When the dishes are on the plate, they should not wipe the edge of the plate with a rag! It looks very unhygienic! 2: The aunts in the back kitchen of the restaurant can lower their voices when chatting! It has affected the guests’ dining! 3: The wontons in the breakfast restaurant are still mushy after being cooked... I don’t know if it’s because the cooking time is too long or the wontons themselves have been frozen for a long time... In short, it would be better if we can find a way to improve it!

It was an excellent stay in hotel, staff is very friendly and cooperative. Everything was soo smooth and hasslefree. Each and everything was well maintained, neat and clean. I am glad i stayed here during my 7 day trip. Will definitely choose this hotel in every donghai visit.

I am a foreigner and this is my third time staying at this hotel! The service and accommodation facilities are very good, simple yet elegant! There are also self-service facilities in the hotel Assists in washing and drying clothes (very convenient!) The room was also very clean and comfortable! Ms. AIMEN, the beauty at the front desk, is very attentive, makes you feel at home, and speaks softly!

I was really surprised to stay in this B&B. As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the gentle and healing cream-style decoration. It was very beautiful. I like this decoration style. It is really different from other homes. The floating big bed is very relaxing and comfortable to sleep on. The warm yellow light creates a lazy atmosphere. The boss has built a smart voice system for the whole house. You can just use voice without getting up switch and remote control. It seems to be specially prepared for lazy people like me [grin]. Checking in is also very nice. The photos taken by hand are all Instagram-style blockbusters. The space is also very large, and the living room has a large projection screen that gives you a cinema feeling. The owner is very hospitable and sent us a detailed check-in guide in advance. He also introduced us to the crystal market, museums, local food, and some travel guides. I like that they met such a good owner for the first time in Donghai. Great! Highly recommended!
