•空調4小時工作依舊很冷，諮詢前台（座機還是壞的）上來的人態度冷漠讓我自己下樓換房
•多次強調不要尾房，換房後被前台告知沒有多餘房間並且不清楚樓層構造，不知道哪個是尾房。（此刻前台已經不耐煩）
•不想麻煩人，硬頭皮住進去發現煙味極大，無法忍受，拖着行李箱手拿背包和拖鞋選擇自己下樓溝通。（電梯壞的，關閉開啟多次）
•抵達一樓大廳發現比我屋子暖和10倍，看到我來需要換房全程眉頭緊鎖，告訴我衹有最後一個雙人房。給我遞房卡的時候嘀咕一句：每個房間空調都一樣
前言不搭後語的欺騙還有業務熟悉能力還有服務態度都令我氣憤，花錢住酒店不想麻煩人，但是你們給我帶來了很多麻煩。床單上有頭髮和床頭沒有抽紙我都沒有任何要求。希望二位不愛上夜班或者服務行業就選擇離職謝謝。全程可以查監控，如果有半句虛假和冤枉我來東海當面道歉。
