Dongguan Nancheng Subdistrict 5-star Hotels

This hotel is right in the centre of Dongguan and steps away from the subway. My room was large, clean and well decorated. Breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing. No complaints and hearty recommendations!

I have visited the Yingbin Hotel many times. It is really suitable for taking my baby out. This time I booked a family room. The room is much more spacious. There are slides, tents, and a large bathtub with a diameter of more than 1 meter. The hotel is very considerate and prepared disposable bathtub bags in advance! My family and baby were playing in the castle park. When it got dark, the staff took the initiative to send umbrellas. It was really considerate! Now the castle park is free for customers of the Yingbin Hotel. There are fewer people and it is very comfortable! The only flaw is the small hot pot in the hotel. I have eaten it many times, but I feel that the quality of the food has been declining. The 4 kinds of fresh shells and conchs I ate this time had a lot of sand, and they were salty and bitter. It is likely that they were served to diners before they were purified. I told the waiter and just changed the bottom of the pot. So, there is not much left to eat.

The sanitary environment is really good, very close to the club, super convenient, check-in and check-in fruit, this is super praise, breakfast personally feels a bit monotonous, many things are still a little too small compared to other hotels of the same level, but overall it is super good.

The room was very clean and tidy, with a spacious layout. The front desk guy and girl were very enthusiastic and provided me with a quiet apartment at the back. During the Dongguan Marathon, breakfast was also served as early as 5 o'clock. Very considerate. I will stay here again next time.

Overall my experience during my all stay was good. Service was quite good. I did not ask for any special facility but looks me the hotel provide good facilities to the customers. Yes I enjoyed my breakfast and food in one of their restaurant.

The hotel is very new, very clean and visually very comfortable. The room got an upgrade and the view from the window was great! The location is also good, very quiet around, basically 10-15 minutes drive to many attractions and beautiful coffee shops! Highly recommended!

Was originally happy that we were given a free room upgrade for our long stay. The hotel lobby, common level 4 has leftover smoke smell, and since aircon system is shared, it didn't occur to me that we weren't by default given a smoke free level/room upon the upgrade, even though I've booked for non-smoking room. Therefore, both of us got rashes or mite bites from the poor air quality in the room. After 2 nights of torture, we complained to the counter and then found out that we can move into a non-smoking room. Everything was fine afterwards (our skin still healing), and we were also given a small goodie bag as a token for apology. Conclusion, don't expect the receptionist to read the online booking order, and remind them constantly. Lastly, as shown in pics, the towel cleanliness varies before usage, although we were told that new cleaned towels will be delivered to the hotel daily. Room size is great.

The hotel's decoration style is novel and stylish, and the front desk service is warm and polite, which is worthy of praise. The room is also large, clean and tidy, and there is a laundry room and gym available. Five-star praise👍

Beautiful environment, clean and clean, the room is a bit small

The room is very big, different from the express hotel, higher grade. The location is very good, walking distance to the China World Trade Center. It is very convenient to eat, buy fruits and drink coffee nearby, the first choice for business trips.
